Discrimination, games not updated.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Came with a friend that visited from our home country. I live in Denmark. They asked us where we're from because I have a unique name.
Once they heard it, they were very surprised. We stayed for 40 minutes because we felt extremely uncomfortable and we didn't even play anything.
They told us we can't download games. We tried updating Valorant and it just barely worked for my friend, we didn't do anything for almost 40 minutes because of that. We tried Steam and almost every game needed to be updated there too.
Once I came to pay they gave us a "Rabat" which was them changing our prices from 22.5kr to 30kr saying "because you're from this country we will give you a discount."
They refused to accept my friend's credit card, only cash. I told them I have a mobilepay in Danish, they were incredibly surprised and they accepted it.
Will never come again. Discrimination is not tolerated and not being able to play games immediately is silly when I'm paying per time spent.
The incident happened on Friday Jan 24 at 22:14pm and I have mobilepay receipts to prove that I over-paid for the time spent there.
The owners claim I'm lying but I know I'm not. I'm scared to return to this place.
