Thank you for reviewing us! When using it for the first time, place your fingers on either side of the top of the container and press down evenly. Be sure not to cover the small hole on top, as this is where the product is dispensed. You may need to press a few times to get the product flowing.
Dispense the Right Amount – Gently press the pump to release a small amount of cream. A pea-sized amount is usually enough for targeted areas.

I thought the lip plumper was too expensive, but I gave it a try. I think it has helped some. I just wished it were more affordable. I may get another one when this is gone, but a discount for returning customers would be nice!

Beautiful Product!!! The eye bag remover is my favorite. It definitely improves the look and shrinks the bags under my eyes. It feels light and nourishing to my skin. I recommend this to all.

Two things
Two things: 1) I do not see any difference around my eyes after using the product for a week now, and 2) I thought maybe it would work on the wrinkles on my arms, but instead, the retinol burned the skin in the crease of my elbow, and I've been applying aloe lotion to manage the pain. My arms are a fiery red and look so bad, I'm having to wear long-sleeve shirts. I think you need to explain that you should only treat the face. I still can't understand how it's OK to use on the skin under your eyes but not the skin on your arms.

Moisturizer works well, purchase experience could use some work
Product: I use the moisturizer and have found it to be the best I’ve tried for moisture, wrinkle reduction, smooth skin, and product has a good viscosity (not too heavy/goes on smoothly).
Purchase: I feel like I’m reading “cherrypicked” reviews with no ratings, so not helpful at all. No history of my previous purchases.
