The Agent Advantage does not abide what their website says. It says we would receive a new lead within 2 minutes of the prospective client filling it out and it would be exclusive. This is not true. I have been in this business since 2018. I am a multi-million dollar producer and these leads are not the best. I expect to close 20% realistically. Every prospect had already spoke to other agents 1-2 weeks before it gets to my spreadsheet. I would not purchase these leads.
