They made sorting my pension really easy.
I didn't want to give my feedback until my pension was up and running. I had three phone calls with Chloe Dunnill who was friendly and very helpful. We went through everything I wanted from my pension and she explained what options I had and answered all of my many questions. Chloe was very patient with me once we had the figures from my pension providers and was really helpful when I was completing the online application with Canada Life.
Once that was done I was kept updated by George Hobson which was very reassuring.

I tried to make a general enquiry right at the end their website auto filled my phone number and I was bombarded with calls I did not want or ask for. I repeatedly asked for my data to be removed as I did not want to be contacted then today I received an A4 information pack through my letterbox. It will be going right back into the post office letterbox, causing me unnecessary hassle, I’m fuming mad about this invasion and I would NEVER do business with a company that uses such aggressive means of communication. LEAVE ME ALONE!
