The quality was like seconds poorly made.
Firstly I had to send a message to find a way to contact csd to have these slippers changed but because I had tried them they’re reply they would not would not give refunds or exchanges and I had worn the item ridiculous I only tried them on, but that’s what happens when you buy things for cheap companies online. As an 83 year old pensioner that was a lot of money to lose for a pair of slippers.

You have worn the item; therefore, we couldn't accept a return for a refund, and our return policy is also very clearly mentioned on our website for our buyers before making any purchase. We are a small company; we also buy our products for resale, so if the item is not in the same condition as when we delivered it to you, how can we accept a return for a refund? We always accept returns if the item is in the same condition, which is clearly reflected in our hundreds of other buyer feedback.
