Placed an order on23 rd august and waited for 7 weeks. Kept getting told the shipment was stuck. Then got told a new shipment had been sent . Still not received. Scam . Do not buy from them!

Do not order from this company. I have been waiting nearly 6 weeks for my order ( 1 item).

All they tell me to do it wait, every time I email them. They are refusing to give me my money back, with their advice being wait for delivery. I don’t believe I’ll ever receive my item. Given the service and advice I don’t believe it’s a genuine company.

Luckily paid via PayPal so uploaded my emails with "Lana" and got an instant refund.
These guys are crooks - they don't send tracking info despite 4 requests.

Ordered a coat on the 29th of September and still waiting on the 23rd of October I have sent numerous emails to this company ie Lana Drakovich had replied a couple of times saying it's on its way give it another week, well still waiting and now they have stopped replying to my emails I have also been reading other reviews on trust pilot and everyone is saying the same so just save your money and avoid this so called company....

-1 but they don’t have a star for that, 6 weeks of waiting for a parcel or a refund …. Customer services ZERO help, have now reported them to trading standards and the bank to investigate! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

I ordered a jacket from this site on the 5th september still not arrived today is 21st october multipal emails they reply sorry you will recieve your jacket i cannot track it as its the wrong tracking number i also paid extra for postage security but they refused refund as apparently stiĺl in transit i dont know what to do

Ordered a jacket 6th Sept. Tracking states dispatch 14th but no jacket has arrived, multi emails requesting a refund, apologies made on sellers behalf stating it will arrive, have read previous reviews which state that items never arrive, so wonder is it even a real company, as it would make sense to keep using the same delivery company you have had so many issues with, wrote previous review but cant see it, reporting to trading standards

Ordered an item on the 18th September and still not received it and don’t know when I will receive it!
Would never order from them again.

Order never arrived after waiting more than 3 months! When asked for a refund, I was refused and told I could get a reshipment but would have to pay an additional fee. The customer service were so unhelpful and honestly I highly doubt the legitimacy of the business.

Placed order of a dress 10th August for next day delivery which never arrived. Several emails with the company kept promising it would arrive and promising to keep me updated but didn’t.
In the end I had to resort to get a refund from credit company after waiting almost 2 months
