Looks the part and arrived quickly but I was let down by evri not delivering on the day they said which took the shine off but no fault of Airbod

Please don't order! I wish I had checked the reviews before I went ahead. Ordered for my son's 18th birthday and paid £9.99 for express shipping (3 days) to be 100% sure it arrived in time. Almost 10 days later and no product and the DPD tracking info says "we have not received your order yet". This might look like a funny jokey present but the reality is that it's an absolute joke. Best for AirBod? You can't get a refund as it's a personalised product. Only one side laughing in this transaction.

I received my air bod of my husband to be at the airport - there was another bride on the plane who also had one of her partner.. our air bods became friends it was hilarious! My air bod was of my man in orange work gear… my hens all dressed up the same as him as well! It was fantastic I’ll keep him forever 🧡

Ordered a product a month ago & still haven’t gotten the product, they charged me twice, and I emailed them not even 24 hours later & they didn’t respond to me for 3 days saying they can’t do anything about it because it’s been more than 24 hours. customer service sucks! still haven’t received my product I’m very disappointed I was looking forward to using this product on my friends bachelorette trip.

Ignored for a week. Sent an email to chase or cancel order. Then informed it has been sent. One week after order. Missed the birthday. So requested a refund. No joy!

Shocking! Stay away! Delivery said 3-5 days and they still haven’t arrived more than 10 days later! I needed these for a presentation evening but an express delivery option wasn’t available so had to hope that they arrived within the time that they suggested…they didn’t and I haven’t even received a dispatched email.

I couldn’t be more impressed with our Aibods! This is the 4th one we’ve bought and they are absolutely brilliant— the likeness is uncanny for each one. If you’re looking for something unique Airbod is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Product arrived timely however one of the gifts was a 50ty birthday gift and she did not open until her bday. The product had a hole and airbod did not honor their product as they said it was not inspected on time! But how do you inspect a birthday gift?

The delivery is way longer than the information they give on the website. And as they ship from the UK you'll need to pay extra customs (for me it was €14) to ship to the EU.
Also the personal message was not present in the giftbox i paid extra for.

Had a hole and they wanted me to make a video and photos and etc etc w t f to prove.. Never again.
