Worse service, unprofessional people

Great Service that accomodated all requests

Booked a return transfer for Heathrow for 5 passengers, 1 check-in luggage and 1 hand luggage each. The journey to Heathrow was perfect - on time, suitably sized brand new vehicle. The return journey from Heathrow was an absolute shambles, we were sent a battered old Volkswagen with capacity for 4 passengers only and insufficient space for all our luggage. When I complained to the company they offered me a discount on my next booking with them! What next booking??? Never again

There were several concerns for our safety and my family were in genuine fear of something happening.

1. Sash the driver, looked to be slurring his speech when he picked us up, putting a concern he may had been drinking.
2. As we were in the terminal, he was driving out the exit and hit a passenger trolley with his vehicle, he came out and started arguing with the passenger, this narrowly missed the passenger and could've been much more dangerous.
3. He missed 2 exits to go on the M25, as he looked like he did not know what he was doing or anything about his surroundings.
4. He was driving 4 miles with hazards on and did not realise he had them on till another driver horned and opened the window to tell him.
5. Though out the almost 60 miles journey he was swerving lanes in atleast 10+ occasions where he narrowly missed other vehicles.
6. Throughout the journey he stayed on the middle lane driving at 50mph and every other car was going passed in both lanes either side of him looking at him in complete agony at what he was doing.
7. Whilst on the M25, there was a slow moving traffic, this is where Sach closed his eyes and lost power of the car, I had to ask him if he was ok as he was not moving on a live motorway.
8. Sach then put his sunglasses on as throughout the journey I could see him close his eyes, this was to cover the fact I could see his eyes, everytime he would close his eyes, he would swerve lanes or he would lose power of his vehicle.
9. Because of the fear for our safety, for the last 50 mins of the journey I had to speak with Sash about random things, just to make sure he remains alert.
10. Throughout the hourney, sash did not realise his indicators were on and had them on for the trip. He also naroo missed 3 vehicles as he was changing lanes, without looking or signalling accuratley. He would signal left on a roundabout but go around right to get off at 3rd exit.

I have never experienced a situation, especially in the UK where I feared that my safety or my families safety would be compromised. I would have stopped the journey immediately but did not want to be stranded with my whole family and especially my young son who is only 2 years old.

To add to all this, the smell in the vehicle was revolting where I was gagging to vomit, it was like he had been sleeping in the car or using it as his home and smelt like a homeless shelter.

I can not stress how dangerous the situation was for me and my family. I used you guys to come to the airport and had no issues. But the return leg was something we as a family will never forgot.

I received WhatsApp messages regarding driver from company in advance. Even though the driver assigned could not make it due to emergency, another driver was assigned with no problem.

Communication from driver very good, we are happy. Meet me at arrivals and helped with luggage as I had a long travel and a few bags with us.

Driver very nice driving and friendly, gave us tips on our visit to London UK.

Had booked a 5 am pickup for family of 6 to get to Gatwick. We were unable to contact the driver. Additionally the controller could not reach him. They instead sent an uber who could not take the full party. We had to find a second uber to help with the transfer. Since then they have not been responding to requests to cover the cost of the second uber.

Really really bad service. We were due to be picked up at 7.50am after an 8.5 hr flight. Couldn’t get through to the driver (so no point having his number when he won’t answer the phone ) . The woman was INCREDIBLY RUDE and arrogant and said he would be arriving around 8.30am. He then rang me at 8.50 to say he was arriving. We ended up getting an Uber home and will be expecting a refund. Would never use this company !!!

Our flight to Luton got delayed by 4 hours and the driver, driving us to London waited the entire time for us. Had a smooth ride into London. Top service.

Booked with them through trip.com, the confirmation email I received had a different car and license plate written. I booked a mini van and received a saloon, so it was a downgrade and not what I paid for. But most importantly, as a solo female traveller, the license plate being different than the one in the confirmation email being different was very scary and created an unnecessary stressful and potentially unsafe situation. The driver was nice and immediately called the operator to try to resolve it but Airport Move Limited just said everything is fine and didn’t acknowledge their mishaps. Trip.com customer service also had a hard time contacting them to resolve the issue.

Driver was so late they wound up sending another one. We almost missed our flight. They promised a discount for our next booking but ghosted us when we tried to book. Found a cheaper, more reliable alternative.
