They give great rewards on your O2 bill. They also listen to you when you ask about certain rewards and reply to you.
Refusing to let me redeem and poor customer service
Tried to redeem to my network (Three) and the funds were deducted from my Airtime balance but were not sent to the network and it's still marked as 'pending' on the Airtime app. Contacted support but they haven't done anything and it's been 9 days since I first contacted them. Not sure if they have financial difficulties as they're not letting me withdraw my rewards (which is within their £20 per month cap).
The UP rewards are a joke
The UP rewards are a joke , loads of transactions don’t register, customer services are a waste of time with the scripted responses

Great way to make money, a few annoying features
This is an great way to make money. There is an increasing number of different retailers on there which is great. I like the monthly rewards too, as an extra boost.
The thing that lets it down is the fact that there is a cap on the amount you can redeem each month - you save up money on the app and then can’t use it the way you wanted to. I understand that this could be the decision of the phone companies, but it is a problem.
There are some annoying things that just don’t need to be there - like the fact that ‘tap to earn’ purchases don’t count towards the monthly challenges. Also the fact that you have to activate flash rewards - why? I guess the idea is that they want people constantly looking at the app but it actually just frustrates people when they get a notification saying they’ve missed out on a flash reward, especially when you already use the app a lot.
Before joining, I was a little worried about the safety of my bank cards but I’ve been on there over a year and have had no problems at all - I completely trust it.

Rip off fees and restrictions
I've been using airtime for a few years now and when I first joined the rates were good and everything was fine.
Over this time the rates have started to slip, I then changed providers to ID mobile which they don't support.
I was told by them that's fine, as I can have the money transferred into my bank. So I have saved since and have £44 in my account, when I go to withdraw I can only withdraw £10 a month AND they charge £1.30 for the privilege each time.... I emailed them and was told it was to cover costs of the transfer, total rip off and rubbish.
So now I'm having to wait for over four months to get the money I earned... Guess they are happy though, earning a lot of interest on all our money by restricting our withdrawals, along side the money they make with each purchase and the insane £1.30 charge to have £10 of my rewards!!!
Don't see companies like Quidco or Topcashback do that...... Shame on you Airtime.

Great idea earning money off your phone…
Great idea earning money off your phone bill on everyday purchases. The most important thing that lets it down, is when you have to use the link. I would if the link would come into view. Because every time I have to use the link I scroll up and the link goes back down so cannot be used which isn’t not useful. Also have to wait 90 days (3 months). Other then these issues, yes it is a good app.

Quietly, has slipped down the drain. Sad to see.
Quietly, it is simply no longer good. I have been using it many years, no issues with having to wait a bit for the money. All of a sudden, within the last few months, changes were to made to how much one can withdraw (down from 40 to 20, really???) and, when I went to check my balance I noticed 90% of the retailers I was getting money back from has gone. Zilch, nada, nothing. No more supermarkets, less money and, given the fact that it takes ridiculously long to get it to clear, it is quite offensive.
Shame on you, changes do happen sometimes, but the courtesy of an email to let customers know it was going down the drain (basically only high end or high street stores) would have been appreciated.

I recently had my credit card stolen…
I recently had my credit card stolen and it was used by the thief to buy £2179 worth of Airtime rewards, I’ve tried a number of times to contact them and alert them to the fraud but they have failed to respond to my emails and they have no phone numbers.
Well done Airtime for demonstrating that you couldn’t care less about fraud on your platform and your complete lack of care in helping me.
I’ve reported you to Essex police and action fraud and I will raise my concerns about your business practices with the FOS and department of justice and trade.

Rewards are fake. It’s a scam.
Have saved £30 on this app. Can’t collect it or redeem it for me. Only option is to gift it to another user, a complete stranger. No way of claiming these funds for me. This suggests that this service is misleading people as it advertises as money off your mobile bill. To enforce spending remains within the app shows there weren’t actuality any genuine rewards to claim at the time. They claim to be rewarding you but they’re only holding you captive for a fake reward you can’t cash out on. Worry not, this has been sent to advertising standards agency and to tele regulator as this behaviour whilst abhorrent could also be unlawful.

Poorly ran business, got your details now don't care
When it was working well,everything ran smoothly. Then transactions wouldn't track and the app wouldn't allow me to raise a missing transactions.
Raise a query, just take ages to get back to you and tell you to raise a missing transaction (I can't! The app won't let me!). After weeks of getting nowhere and being fobbed off I ask them to escalate to a complaint. They themselves gave a two week SLA to come back to me. Guess what? Nothing! I had to chase them up on their own complaints process and I'm still waiting to hear back from them a week on. Utterly useless where you cannot even trust what they say anymore.
Such a shame! Used to be great but gone down the pan. Avoid this company
Also don't bother asking for my details, you already have it, it's been escalated and still no one is bothering to respond, not even an empty courtesy reply like previous times .

Missing transactions . EBAY AND BOOTS.. Then want screenshots, 4 months is a lot of screenshots
Fed up ,will leave as I shouldn't have to stress about things that cant try and save me money.
Not got the tome or the energy when company's cant do there job properly !!
