API unavailable for two weeks, still no fix
Works well when it works. I have been completely unable to use the API for more than 2 weeks at this point because of a "sync error" as they call it.
If I look in the cloud panel I can see my credits, but when I check in AI Studio it says I have zero credits and zero transactions and it shows "Paid 1" tier - neither of which is true.
I have talked to support twice and the bug have still not been fixed.
I also asked if I could just add new credits and use those, and then my other credits would just show up later but they said that wouldn't work and I would also be stuck on the extremely low "Paid 1" tier limits even if it worked........ Rarely have I experienced such a relaxed attitude to what is essentially a complete outage for all affected users.
In other words DO NOT rely on the Gemini API for anything at all, find another provider - or ideally two.
