It started to rain , it was dark & quite late with lots of heavy garden stuff to move but they did it .. a good move & was happy with the way it went

Absolutely brilliant removal experience. I came to Britannia having been messed around by a company who advertise on the TV. Suffice to say everything went like clockwork. I had everything packed up but the team were fully equipped. I won't be messing about with companies that charge by the piece ever again.

Part load from Essex to Lanarkshire but your small van guys were very helpful and efficient. The office team leading up to the removal were the same (thank you Todd). I would recommend you to others.

These were the only company to actually come out and give us a quote.
Other companies wanted to quote over the phone or not respond to emails.
Quote was a really good price.

The administrator kept me very well informed throughout and arranged for a prompt box delivery before the move. The 2-person crew were really excellent though - hard working and very professional.

The removal men made an otherwise stressful day into one of humour, caring and one of trust. In the morning of our move, they were highly efficient. In the afternoon Ollie & Terry took care of us equally efficient and caring. Would highly recommend your company, we won't be moving again, but if we were, you would be our first choice. The men were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They were careful with the loading and unloading of the Lorries and worked extremely hard, nothing was damaged. They remained cheerful and helpful throughout the whole move which was over two days.

Britannia Alan Cook were great from the start. Felt I was in good hands by the friendly helpful professional approach of Joanne in the office who arranged it all and later gave me extra boxes to help pack books in advance. Keith was helpful in quoting and agreeing to reassemble things. Terry was an amazing packer! The three lads brilliant removes at both ends. 100% service

I have allotted five stars as the lads were in general very good, friendly and obliging. My only criticism is the lack of care taken with moving my Christmas cactus which I have had for 25+ years. It sustained a massive amount of damage and I feel that it could have been handled differently. I accept that it is a large and heavy plant but with a little more thought and care it should have survived in a better state.

The team from Britannia Pink & Jones were great, very friendly and worked hard to pack us up. It was not a straight forward move as we were moving some stuff to our new house and some stuff to a storage facility and we were moving from Rugby to Scotland! I had marked everything clearly and there was a mix up with some stuff going to store that should have come to the house and vice versa but overall the team were really good and obviously I cannot comment on the stuff in store as we have not unpacked that but everything that did come to the house was packed really well and there were no breakages. The two guys who came to deliver our stuff to the house and then take the rest on to the storage facility were brilliant and worked so hard to get everything sorted for us, they really were excellent. I would recommend Britannia Pink & Jones especially if you are just doing a house to house move.

Joanne was really helpful in making arrangements when completion date kept changing. Movers were really helpful, quick and careful.

This was a big move from Norfolk to essex.the 2 men that moved us were brilliant
.nothing was to much trouble.also had a sense of humour that took away the stress.

From the moment we met Shirley we were impressed with this company. She was very thorough and easy to deal with. As our date for moving was very sudden in the end, Shirley came back to requote so as to take into account all that we’d moved to a storage unit.
On removal day the small van arrived early and the guys got on with starting the pack. The big van arrived later and we were all packed up ready to go before 11am. At the other end, the team had us moved in by 2.30. A great bunch of guys, we couldn’t have wished for a smoother move. Definitely recommend.
