Great monitoring service for a minimal price. When needed, security system assistance from the courteous and professional Alarm Relay team. If you monitor your security system you can't beat Alarm Relay for the low price and excellent customer service.

I have used Alarm Relay for my alarm monitoring for many years now. Their monitoring fee is incredibly low compared to all other monitoring services...and their service is EXCELLENT!!!!! When your alarm goes off, they call within seconds!! The company I used before I found Alarm Relay charged high prices for monitoring and it took them 10-15 minutes to call me after my alarm would go off. One time they never called at all!!! I recommend ALARM RELAY to all my family and friends. Their service, response time and fees are A++++++++.

Great customer service, good pricing

When I was with ADT, most of my interactions with people who acted like it was just a job for them. After making the decision to save money with Alarm Relay, literally all of my interactions with them were with people who truly cares for their customers and I can sense the staff take tremendous pride in their company. Straight forward rates and no predatory upselling / upgrading.

They have provided me excellent service on several occasions, their techs take the time to make sure that everything works correctly. I highly recommend them.

Sevice has been consistently excellent. Whenever the alarm has been activated (each time because I forgot to disarm the alarm) the company called me immediately to ensure all was well. When I have called, the phone is answered promptly and the questions that I have had are answered. We are extremely satisfied with Alarm Relay.

The things I love about alarm relay. They don’t overcharge for monitoring like other monitoring services. No contracts and reliable. I’ve never had a problem.

alarm went off because of power outage and police were dispatched, would of liked some time to make sure if officer were needed. We get charged for false alarms.
