Great technical support. Willl get out of their way to help set you up with zones, codes etc.

The support lines are only open normal business hours west coast time. This is not very helpful for east coast customer.

Additionally receiving error codes from a zone that no one could tell me where the zone was in the store. Though we did identify all zones when they took over the service.

We have been customers for more than 3 years mow and are extremely satisfied with the service. Local companies at their best.

I have had Alarm Relay service for about 5 years and they have been great. Very quick to respond to alarms... and there is always someone there to take a call if you need service. Works perfectly with my Ademco Honeywell internet connected panel and the Total Connect platform.

Been with alarm relay going on two years and never had any problems. All the false alarms have been our fault and they were quick to call us to check out the situation.

In 2 years I have accidentally tripped my alarm twice. Both times I was called immediately. The person calling was polite. I was asked for my password and all was good. I worked in the alarm industry for years and installed my own system. Alarm relay talked me through programming my alarm so that it worked with their central office. No other company seemed to want to do this. Best of all the cost is less then half of what I would pay elsewhere.

Alarm Relay is very dependable. They contacted me when I had an alarm signal during my vacation and asked to dispatch the police if I wanted. It turned out to be a wind on the garage door setting off the alarm. They followed up when I got home and deactivated the alarm to make sure everything was OK. I am very pleased with their service.
