Streamlining my workflow by automating repetitive tasks that would otherwise demand manual attention is a game changer. Every little time saver counts!

As a blogger, especially across multiple social media platforms, I find myself frequently reposting content across various accounts. Albato simplifies this process significantly through task automation. While individually sharing a photo and link might seem trivial, the cumulative time spent doing so repeatedly throughout the day becomes substantial!

I try to automate any tasks wherever possible, (online and IRL) it's like giving my life an upgrade. I'm thrilled with this software and highly recommend it to anyone navigating the internets in a social media / blogger type role.

Maintaining objectivity and authenticity in my reviews is important to me, so I strive to include constructive feedback.

While Albato does have compatibility with hundreds of apps, it currently lacks Instagram integration. Not to worry tho, this feature is on their development roadmap. Albato has completed the necessary groundwork, awaiting Meta/IG's approval for integration. While not a direct flaw of Albato, it's the only thing I could come up with.

Pros
Although Albato doesn't offer the same extensive selection of built-in integrations as some of the industry giants, their custom app creator (or "App Integrator") makes up for it with incredible flexibility. As long as a service has an API, I can usually integrate it into my workflows. At first, figuring out JSON conversions (especially with complex data) and request authentication was a bit challenging, but Albato's documentation and YouTube tutorials were lifesavers. I'm also pleased to see them consistently adding new automations, which expands the platform's possibilities.

Cons
The app creator could be a bit smoother and faster to use. It would also be fantastic to have more advanced automation options, like the ability to easily reorder steps within a workflow. Occasionally, updates seem to take a while to fully roll out. For instance, after creating a new app in the App Integrator, I sometimes have to wait before it becomes available in the automation builder, which has led to a few duplicates. Additionally, some of the YouTube tutorials are outdated. Updated videos that match the current interface would be a big help in avoiding confusion. Finally, I think some of the major app integrations could use additional polish. For example, on Discord, it'd be great to directly send images within automations (currently, I have to rely on the App Integrator for that)

Overall, I am very pleased with the Albato Integration system. I am finding the application very user friendly and easy to use.

My initial testing indicates that it will solve most of my application integration requirements satisfactorily.

I also like that it supports Webhooks and has a custom integration builder for integrating custom applications, although I have not tested the custom integration builder yet.

Pros: Contains most of the Apps I need to work with. The integration is cloud based so there is no need for additional plugins to be added to the website.

Cons: Very short on Forms App integrations at the moment. However, I see that additional Forms apps are currently being considered.

Reasons for Choosing Albato: Combination of features, App library, price, and the ability to create my own API integrations.

First of all, I would like to mention its UI. The UI of Albato is very clean and user-friendly, I was a regular user of Pabbly and Zapier, but the UI of Albato is far better than Pabbly & Zapier. It has a lot of potentials.

Albato has rapidly carved out a significant niche in the cloud app integration and automation market, distinguishing itself as a formidable alternative to more established platforms like Zapier.

While some users have pointed out minor limitations in integrations and occasional issues with automation setups, the general consensus is overwhelmingly positive. The request for more app integrations, like Selldone, indicates an engaged user community eager to see the platform expand its capabilities even further.

I used to use IFTTT for automating stuff, but it had some problems. So, I went looking for something else and found Albato. It's not as expensive as Zapier and does everything I need. The best part is, it's really easy to use. Their support team is great, and they have all the info you need to get started. Albato is my new favorite!

Easy to use and much cheaper than any alternative. I've used Pabbly and Make but I would rather stay focus on Albato which is easier to use and with more features such as the app integrator and solution builder.

I'm not an automation expert but I found Albato simple and quick to learn. I tried more expensive tools and I was fine but Albato gave me the advantage of being able to integrate with many platforms in a simple way and with a detailed guide that explained all the most important steps. I personally believe that anything that can be automated is a great saver of time and money and Albato helped me do this. therefore passed with full marks. excellent customer support always available and quick

It seems that Albato is a real high-performance and economical substitute for being able to connect a multitude of tools and make them act automatically. I immediately found myself at ease with the connections and the control panel and, importantly, when I needed assistance they immediately came to my aid. excellent simple tool even for beginners and not experts.

Albato offers integration features at a reasonable price, making it an attractive option for those who don't have much of a budget and still want a comprehensive tool. I personally needed assistance and they responded quite promptly. They are quite careful to assist users in case of problems.
I haven't found all the applications and I think this is the area where they need to improve even though there are a lot of them.
However, very useful for those who want to master the automations even if they are not super technical.

Albato è una piattaforma di automazione con la possibilità di connessione con moltissime app. Da qualche anno uso vari strumenti per l'automazione ma nessuno è stato così semplice da implementare e da configurare. Inoltre rispetto altri tools della categoria risulta essere molto più economico. Magari non si trovano tutte le connessioni app in commercio ma la piattaforma cresce velocemente con dietro un grande supporto per il cliente. Da provare ! mi ha fatto risparmiare tanto tempo!!

Customer support is top-notch, and the documentation is improving. While I have many other tools like Albato I always diversify because my productivity is valuable indeed...

Best Zapier & Pabbly Alternative

Loved a lot of things about albato
- the interface is neat, clear and very easy to use
- the analytics of automations is detailed yet simplified
- the support team has been very helpful in onboarding
- the LTD is very cost effective.
- the number of integrations are good and the number of apps is growing
- the feature to add new apps

I just can't get it to work. I want to send new subscribers into my email marketing software (UseInbox) but there is no way to do this. It only works on existing subscribers that are already inside UseInbox. What nonsense! Support has been of no help. And even though I bought this tool because of the promise that I could easily integrate with APIs to build my own integrations, it's so complicated to do that I just can't figure it out even after hours of reading through their documentation. I wish someone could fix the UseInbox integration as it's really not usable like this. Might give it another try then.

He recommended replacing API with webhook integration. It worked like magic! Their support helped us save the remaining operations.

The support team is proactive, ensuring users fully comprehend their services. Regular webinars and YouTube tutorials are an added bonus. They even have a free academy course. While many SaaS products focus on additional features without a robust base, Albato strikes the perfect balance. I was initially hoping for a drag-and-drop editor to visualize workflows at a glance, Albato’s top-down linear solution does require a little learning curve only to get used to the system. However, once understood, it becomes intuitive. The addition of a visual editor, which is on their roadmap, would offer an alternative workflow design choice. Regardless, mastering the system permits progression from simple to complex connections and use cases.

While it may not have an extensive list of integrations right now, the team is constantly working on expanding their offerings. With a solid company behind it and a promising roadmap, and they also implement new features and updates quickly. One of the standout features of Albato is its App Integrator, which allows me to add my own app integrations. This flexibility is a game-changer for businesses.

However, it's worth noting that these internal tasks count towards the task limit, which can be a bit restrictive. One call to Telegram cost me 5 credits. I think that's why the credits are so generous. Another great feature is a library of community market based templates that will speed up the learning potential of use cases for your business.
