It’s a good product but managing a subscription is a nightmare, deliberately shady and difficult IMO. They had a 55% off sale for Black Friday so I wanted to pause my subscription and order off of the sale. There’s no way to do that. Be aware that, if you sign up for a subscription, you are locked into a 3 month commitment. I’m fine with that as it was disclosed in advance, but I should be able to pause it. The entire subscription management page is giving an error code for a week now. Customer service took a full week to reply to me and it really wasn’t a resolution. Still can’t manage my subscription. I’m remembering that this is part of why I previously canceled. I like the product enough to have given it another try but, unless they make substantial and rapid changes to their website, I will have to find a different product. The aggravation from this is undoing any benefits from the supplement.

As other (real) reviews have stated, this is a shady, immoral, and corrupt website whereby they silently lock you into a 3 month subscription with (somehow?) a zero refund or return clause of which you literally cannot get out of. Frankly, I’m quite certain it’s illegal!!? I hope these guys get shut down. How can you even sleep at night operating under these tactics? I’m a very reasonable person, and I’m all about capitalism, but your policy is immoral and deceitful and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

They trick you into a 90 day subscription that you can't cancel. If you insist for over a week, sending many messages, they may finally relent, as they did for me after I threatened to have my bank block their account. I hate spineless, immoral companies like this. I hope they understand the frustration they cause the world, and that their negative energy comes back around to them, and they remember why we act with honor in a society. Shame. I'm sorry for getting involved with them.

I am simply obsessed with Alcami ! I just can’t live without it !! It makes my coffee delicious where now I do not need to add milk to my coffee which is much healthier while on a weight loss program , Alcami gives me energy ! I always look forward to the next time I will be using it which is every morning ! First off, all the positive reviews are bots.

I have been e-mailing them asking for over a week and half for them to turn my subscription off (conveniently the link to manage subscriptions doesn't work).

And it's been a back and forth of 5 different emails asking me if I'd like to pause it instead, or just try it out for another month, etc.

After the third time of saying I didn't want it, they replied back with "Oh well looks like your subscription has just gone out so we can't cancel it". Total scam company and nightmare to end subscriptions with them.

This company is refusing to cancel a subscription for a falsely advertised product. They claim 10,000 mg of superfood mushrooms such as lions mane, reshi, Cordyceps.
"Each ingredient in Alcami Elements holds the potency of a 10:1 full spectrum concentrate, delivering profound effects to revitalize your well-being" yet there is only 100mg of each ingredient. They claim that distilling each ingredient ten times makes a 100mg equivalent to 1000mg. This is not true when distilliing occurs the ingredients only having unwanted substances removed such as impurities. Distilling does not increase the potency it only makes it cleaner. It does not increase potency so this company is getting away with advertising and making false claims that 100mg of each ingredient equals 1000mg. That is like terrence howard claiming that 1 times 1 is 2. That is a fallacy of logic. This company is refusing to cancel a "3 month commitment" and harrassing me as you can read in email back and forth. It is obvious they want to collect and push the customer around. The dosage is way below the recommended serving to have any benefit or effect on the body. I have been harassed and refused cancellation by them since january when I wrote their product is horrible. Still they are trying to charge me for a mandatory 3 month subscription. DO NOT BUY!

Ordered my coffee nearly a month ago, I knew about the subscription of 3 months and I was ok with that..
What I'm not ok with is I still don't have my order and now the delivery company is trying to charge me another £50 in taxes or they won't deliver my parcel. If you are uk based do not buy these products. The company know about the import tax but don't mention it anywhere on their site, There customer service is horrendous, they simply don't care about customers at all and just keep fobbing me off with "we'll look into and get back to you" except they never do. Stay well away from these. I wish I had read the rest of these reviews before dealing with them. And you can't cancel your subscription.

You don’t know what you’re getting into until you’re in it and stuck…alcami forces a commitment upon your purchase and that’s not normal or cool when you accidentally get suckered into it and need to cancel. They did absolutely nothing when I told them my situation and how I accidentally accepted multiple subscriptions when I only meant to have one. Little did I know that my other email address was being used and mind you all of this while I just got laid off. They didn’t care despite how many times I emailed them and explained my situation and the problems that arose.

First off, the product that I received had no taste; so, there was no reason to mix it with coffee, Secondly, I tried to cancel the auto ship and just continued to receive product. The company has been none responsive to me.
