I had an extremely disappointing experience working with Andrea, Project Lead and Co-Founder of AMCA and Brand Alchemy.

Throughout the project, communication was inconsistent, expectations constantly changed, and there was a lack of professionalism in managing the web design and development process. Requirements were frequently altered without proper planning, leading to unnecessary delays and confusion. Despite significant efforts to accommodate revisions and additional requests, there was little appreciation for the work delivered and an apparent unwillingness to acknowledge completed milestones.

What should have been a collaborative project instead became a frustrating experience filled with unrealistic demands, poor project management, and misrepresentation of the actual work completed. The lack of transparency and accountability made the entire engagement unnecessarily difficult.

I would strongly advise other web designers and developers to exercise caution before working with Andrea, AMCA, or Brand Alchemy. Based on my experience, this was one of the most challenging and unprofessional client engagements I have encountered.

Wow blown away by the service. I reached out, looking for a basic website and ended up with one i didnt know was even possible with my budget. Compared to my last website I can hands down say this experience was so much faster, smoother and cheaper. Danny made me feel like each detail was important to him too and edited everything exactly as I asked after the first draft. Honestly delighted. Thank you so much!
