It looks like I'm not first scammed by…

It looks like I'm not first scammed by ALC Hosting. I buy VPS (of course I paid) form 23 February 2026 until now VPS have status Pending. I make two support ticket. I'm send e-mail. Until now NO contact. No money refund and what is really awkward today they send my information that there's is invoice waiting for payment for next month... ridiculous.

After reviewing the case, the order was automatically flagged by our fraud prevention system due to inconsistent or unverifiable account information. For security reasons and to prevent abuse, services are not activated when orders trigger high-risk fraud alerts.

We have experienced multiple abuse attempts using fake details, which is why strict verification is in place to protect both our company and legitimate customers.

If your service was not activated, it was not because we “stole” anything, but because the account required proper verification. We are more than willing to review and resolve this matter if you contact us directly with valid and accurate information.

Really Slow Communication

Genuinely one of the slowest customer service I have ever experienced, this is genuinely disappointing, I have already paid my service and it's honestly bugging me on how slow it is.

Therefore i won't have any further comments about this hosting, i must say I would agree with crisha's Opinions on this hosting

I’m extremely disappointed with ALC…

I’m extremely disappointed with ALC Hosting. I’ve been unable to access my paid Minecraft server for over a week due to version mismatch (server not updated to 1.26.0). I’ve submitted multiple complaints and received no response.

This is a monthly paid service, and it’s unacceptable to lose access without updates or proper customer support. I expected better communication and faster action, especially for something as simple as updating a server version.

I cannot recommend this hosting provider based on my experience.

To clarify, this issue is isolated to your VPS order and is not affecting all services. Unfortunately, due to problems left unresolved under previous management, some VPS orders were placed into a backorder state and were not properly tracked, which resulted in delayed provisioning and missed follow-ups.

We are currently reviewing and fixing these backorders, but we kindly ask that you create a support ticket (or reply to an existing one) with your invoice number or service ID, so we can immediately locate your order and prioritize its deployment or provide a proper resolution.

We sincerely apologize for the lack of response and the inconvenience, especially with billing continuing while the service was not yet provisioned. This is not the experience we want to provide.

ALC Host has great excess to quality features

Their DDoS protection is effective and not only a marketing ploy. Despite multiple attacks on my website, ALC Host's system quickly identified and eliminated the threats. Additionally, they have excellent customer service that is constantly available and willing to help. ALC Hosting comes highly recommended!

Best CDN on the market :)

Their CDN Plan is great! My Internet is very slow sometimes but even then their CDN helps me load my website in notime. i use this now daily and had no issues with it. their malware scans and auto free ssl are 2 of my favourite features with the CDN (cloud) plan!
