Tone of communication was quiet dismissive and the delays really added to the frustration as no one getting back to my request. I made numerous attempts for viewings. To make things simple do what you are requested to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This law firm is completely careless and unprofessional. I handed in an important document for an appeal one month ago — they didn’t process it at all. When I went to get it back, they spent hours just trying to find it, and by the time they did, the appeal deadline had already passed. Now I’m forced to go to court because of their failure. Their lack of responsibility caused serious consequences. Avoid at all costs!

I dealt with one particular person. He was rude, obnoxious and sounded like he could not be bothered. I have never come across someone so unprofessional. They charge an absolute fortune for doing nothing. Do not use AVOID!!!
This person’s email to me was so ridiculous, to say I was their customer… it certainly did not feel that way. I had to email them back saying I was not happy with their choice of words. I can’t stress how unprofessional this person was.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Communication is minimal and slow. staff don't have a clue always having to 'get back to you' and then not doing so. Transactions slow... PPW being lost.. not great. Money hungry only! no efforts with customer service at all very blunt and rude!

Absolute pleasure working with one of our top customers.
Avoid
Avoid! They made us loose thousands pounds for solicitors and left us with no house. Their clients had criminal background cases jak insisted everything was good and pushed us to start paperwork!! Twice changed solicitors as they asked but at the end property had too many issues. Do not trust a word they say, they are just behind the money.

Hope you re good, after consulting my solicitors and mortgage advisers unfortunately we have decided to drop this case as insufficient/incorrect information provided for the requested inquiries by vendors and according to the authorities search results to avoid major issues in the future.
We have been chasing this case for almost 6 months and sadly it looks like we are not heading anywhere near completion.
As agreed previously I expect vendors to refund us all the solicitor fees by end of this week.
The problems occurred could have been avoided if the serious issues were relieved by the vendors at the beginning of this case, but hence lack of this we have wasted our time, money and it has affected our mental health.
I have requested Brooke and solicitors to drop this case immediately.
