They are very prompt to respond with any concerns. They were able to update my account to a similar style my children use while visiting their dad so that they can watch the same content in both homes. Nothing but great things to say :)

I am happy with my experience using Aliboxtv.com. I have been using their TV streaming service for 3 years now and I've really appreciated having it. On occasion I have had some technical trouble with getting connected up to the service but it's nothing that I haven't been able to figure out. Plus, a person can get help with technical issues over e-mail and that has been received without waiting and it's always been helpful to me with my situation at hand. Also they have a selection of television series. This system is made for experienced IPTV users with a little bit of knowledge with computers. I am a regular user for years. I’ve been using Alibox TV for 4 years. I access it on a Firestick and even take it with me when I travel. I pay less for 15 months of TV than I used to for one month with my previous Cable provider. I’ve got my friends and family to sign up and they love it as well.

I have been told about Alibox Tv goes back for about ten tests, there where ups and downs in the service « then ».
But now everything has changed , very few problem issues and when it does happen; I contact them by Email and usually within the hour the hour the problem is solved.
AliBox Tv provides me with an infinite choice of TV channels, movies and series and all is updated daily

Whenever we have had a problem we can contact them and get it resolved very quickly. Sometimes we can be abrupt because we are frustrated when it doesn’t work but always get an email back and they tell us what to do. My wife is the fixer in our house and she can figure it out with the instructions they give us
