Customer service is online only.NO phone #.Our box keeps buffering there answer is unplug for 10 seconds. No refund available.

Pas moyen d'écouter un émission une série un film au complet sa coupe on doit reculer pour réécouter sinon les voix ne suivent pas les images
On ne voit pas le guide donc on ne peut rien enregistré
On leur écrit et ils ne répondent pas
Bref je ne recommande pas malheureusement

Nous sommes abonnés depuis plusieurs années avec le service Alibox. Nous avons essayé plusieurs autres services de steaming mais au final, celui-ci est le plus fiable et celui qui fourni la meilleure programmation. Le service à la clientèle est rapide et courtois. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation!!

Was great at first, but now service is non existent, 5 days wait trying everything, but no fix set to factory, still not working, ask for advice, taking close to 12 hours for any response, really not worth it.

We have 2 accounts with AliBoxTV and we have had them now for at least 2 years and I won’t ever go back to cable or use any other service. We have our choice of so many things to watch , it’s amazing . There is something for everyone and then some. The price is great too. I would highly recommend AliBox there customer service is awesome and quick too.

Use Aliboxtv for a few years, service is very good nothing to complain bus its is streaming so someday I don't have Chanel or no sound but rarely this Will happen.
