I purchased the Receiver August 15, 2023 and the program subscription August 23, 2023... I have been operating my system since...The receiver is easier to operate and more reliable than with previous system I had with "TVBox WOW" .... Cost is similar but Alibox offers a better program fee... they offer a subscription renewal for 15 months for a 12 month fee... When I have a problem with TV reception, etc.,I contact them via e-mail and usually there is a quick response... my problem gets resolved quickly... I am pleased with my system and the service offered by AliTv Customer Service...
PS: It is rare that I have problems with my system...

The service is very perfect. Message them if you have any problems getting the channels
and they get back to you quickly with the solution. most channels are H/D I have been with AliBox for 4years and very happy with the service that they provide.

I've been a long time subscriber and love this service. Many channels to choose from and with very good picture. I would recommended this service. Very reliable .

The multitude of choices for all interests is wonderful and at an extremely reasonable price. I have been a client for about 10 months or so but already renewed for another year.
I wasn't sure what to expect and was very pleased that if I needed help or had a question, their customer service replied quickly and followed up to ensure all was ok.

Great product and service.
No lag, they have good servers.
Quick response from their service departement.
A bit more expensive then others, but their quality worth it.

Je ne peu donner un 5 etoile vu le temps cela a prit pour obtenir mon service j ai meme fait plainte a ma banque qui a rien donné j ai fait menace aller a la police j était pret a faire ma plainte mais cela a foncctionner j ai eu un bon service apres et le service fonctionne bien oui plus dispendieux que d autre du meme genre mais fonctionne mieux

Je suis abonné depuis bientot 3 ans et je suis satisfaite du service. Très bonne qualité de signal et immense choix de poste et variété. Excellent service et réponse toujours très rapide. Offres multiples permettant de choisir la durée de l'abonnent qui vous convient.

Overall the service is great. They will always find a way to make thing right. The price is very low when you look at all the channels that is included with thew service. No need for Netflix or Disney you have them all in one place! At a lower price !

If I could give a negative review, I would. I recently made a purchase for 6 months. Neither of the 2 links they sent me for my laptop worked. Having sent multiple emails back & forth, with zero success of connecting. Running Windows 10, 8g of ram, 118g of available storage, able to seamlessly stream prime & netflix, I asked for a refund 3 TIMES, I use an email tracker to determine if people have read my e-mails or not. They HAVE read them & have NOT replied to any of my e-mails. Yannick & Emma should be ashamed of themselves ...

We have great service with them. It's easy to get someone to fix a problem and very quickly. I recommend this company and their prices are excellent. We have been with them for a year and a half.

Alibox , Believe me is the best in this field.

"screwed" each time.
I have been with Alibox for more than 2 years
and never been disappointed..... The service is the most efficient and since my last renewal this last Nov 2024, the quality of the streaming has nerver been better than now.
Believe me , I have done too many other companies and no one comes close to Alibox and all my closest friends from work have Alibox as their streaming company services.
DO NOT GO anywhere else , anyhow you will come back;been there done that

4 ans d'utilisation d'Alibox, beaucoup de films, de séries et de chaînes de télévision 3000. Petit problème de retard à un moment donné, le service nous répond toujours dans un délais court.

Configuration et informations données en détail avec une procédure étape par étape qui le rend si facile à faire.

Aucune hésitation avez le décodeur Formuler z10, j'ai 2 abonnements .
