Ordered two dresses which claimed to be "Cotton Blend" and "Milk Silk". Arrived 6 weeks later and they were both 95% polyester, 5% spandex. When I reported the issue they made no apology and have not... Mehr ansehen

I placed an order and waited 10 days…
I placed an order and waited 10 days for them to ship! I had to start a dispute PayPal in order to get any movement on it.i received my order and the dresses, though very nice,were not like the photos presented on the website. I was expecting a cotton type material with pleating but the dresses were chiffon. The prints matched though so overall the dresses were okay. The fit was just a smidge smaller than the measurements so order 1 size up. Not sure I would order again

It's a scam - don't buy from their website
Put in and paid for an order 2 weeks ago, now no record of it. The email order confirmation is useless and I should have seen the red flags then. Can't see my dresses arriving and guess I've been scammed.
Avoid Alice Vintage - it's a scam.

Disgusting scam website
Disgusting scam website. The refund policy is a joke. The item received is of appalling quality and not was shown at all on the website. They do not want to issue full refund as they have "limited profit" which means nothing and has nothing to do with the customer. Steer far away from this website.

Do not believe the online pictures
The items were nothing like the picture, took a long time to arrive and when I attempted to return them, they would only refund one and said to keep the dresses as it would cost me £40 to send back to them.
The quality was terrible, completely misleading adverts.

Total scam site!
Total scam site!! I ordered a dress and received it 2 weeks later. It hardly looked like the same dress cause the cuts in the low quality material didn't even line up, and was so horribly made. Halloween costumes are made better than this.

Scam company
Scam company. I ordered dresses on May 9th for a trip and due to a medical incident my trip has been cancelled. According to their cancellation policy I could cancel before the order shipped. They ended up pushing the order through super fast to say that it was already shipped and would not issue a refund. The funny thing is that I had placed an order before this one and it is still in process. You would think the order for one dress would go through first as I had placed the order a week prior to this one. Now I’m stuck with dresses that I’ll probably never wear. The company was no help and PayPal did not help either. Stay away from this company and choose one that will honour their own policies.
