I purchased a dress with Aligne and originally left a 1 star review because FedEx lost my package and then my email was left unanswered.
Since that time, Aligne went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Their customer support was very helpful and I greatly appreciated what they did for me. As an added bonus, I love the dress. I would not hesitate buying more clothing from them in the future - and I am sure that will be the case.
ALIGNE design and customer service is FANTASTIC! Jodie is super kind and helpful. Much Appreciated and beautiful clothing and craftsmanship!
Customer service took forever to get in touch when I had an issue, but were really lovely once they did.
I received the wrong item in my order (which was improperly tagged). I reached out twice and heard nothing for two weeks. I am able to return, but as I have to pay return shipping, it's pretty upsetting. Bummed, as I've ordered from Aligne before and the clothing is beautiful.
Update: I did finally hear back from the customer service team and they were lovely to work with once they were got in touch. Have updated my above review accordingly!

I ordered the Denim Utility jacket and had to reorder (size down). I messed up the return process (label issue) but received immediate and professional assistance to correct my error. Received the new jacket, correct size, and love it. Excellent qualify and even better style.

Amazing customer service, very responsive and helpful team, and products are amazing quality for the price point! Obsessed!
I recently bought two sizes of the same jacket I returned one and kept the other one. Upon inspection I realised that the one I kept had some flaws. I contacted them and Jodie got back to me, I send photos and she was very accommodating and asked me to complete an exchange online and once they have the jacket back they will send me a new one. Jodie was really helpful got back to me very quickly and was very understanding to all my questions. Thank you, I will definitely be purchasing again.
Super fast and super friendly customer service.
Payed £119 for a dress & £4.95 for delivery only to find the quality was very bad, multiple thread & fabric pulls with multiple unfinished stitchings too. I could tell it had been returned by someone else as the tissue paper was already creased & used not smooth. Maybe this was a one off but quality control should be better at these prices. Free returns but I have paid £5 delivery for this disappointment.
Update, customer services have refunded my delivery cost & I am happy with the way Algne customer services have dealt with this.

I placed my first order with Aligne. The order got to me quickly and on time. The dress was beautiful and great quality but needed to return it because it didn't fit. When I emailed them with questions they responded right back and made the process super easy. I will definitely be buying from Aligne again.
