Service was good. Cancelling is impossible. This service was really great until our needs exceeded their capacities (integration with website development). There is no phone number listed anywhere to contact someone for questions. I have been emailing for over a year to cancel: info@ their domain and help@ their domain with no response. Had to resort to stop pay at the bank. Still no response from AlignPay.

We opened up an account with Alignpay. We were never able to get it working. We called and e-mailed to have this account closed. After several attempts, we were able to get a response on April 13th of 2022. Let the games begin. We were then charged again in May. After several attempts to call and e-mail, I was responded to on May 16th with someone stating this "Please accept our apologies. Your account cancellation request was received Prior to May 1st, however it wasn't successfully closed until May 3rd. This was an error on our part and May's fee will be reimbursed to you." It was not reimbursed, and there was an additional attempt to charge my bank account. We have not been sent to collections...and you have attempted to debit our bank account still. This is not legal.

AP gets a 4 only because it is limited when it comes to international presence.

This is great service and meets all my needs for mobile credit card payments. Well designed and easy to customize.
