Founded by multi-award-winning holistic therapist and educator Alina Painter, the business combines expert therapeutic treatments with professional training to support clients and students on their personal and professional wellbeing journeys. The clinic specialises in holistic therapies such as aromatherapy massage, reflexology, Reiki healing, facials, wellness coaching, and lifestyle guidance. Every treatment is delivered with genuine care, tailored to each individual, and complemented by premium Neal’s Yard Remedies products for a natural and ethical experience. As an accredited training provider with IPHM and a registered member of FHT, Alina Holistic Health & Training also offers a growing range of professional online and in-person courses in Reiki, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, and other holistic disciplines. Alina was very welcoming and calming…

Alina was very welcoming and calming when I arrived, she understood all my needs and made the appointment personal to my needs and comforts. I had the lymphatic drainage massage and it was amazing, it was so relaxing and I felt great after. I would highly recommend Alina and I will definitely be going back.

I had an excellent experience, I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. While I was awake I felt some extraordinary hands, a true professional. The clinic inside is intimate and pleasant. It follows all the standards in this segment. It is very nice and welcoming. 5 stars plus!
