Alipearl genuinely has such wonderful quality for such a great price in my opinion. The hair lasts me soo long! It remains in good condition for a great amount of time and it’s totally worth every cent I invest in their hair. The HD lace is great and the wig itself is so lightweight on the head even 250 density wigs, they’re so seamless!! And non bulky looking at all! I’ve used extensions & other brands of wigs for yearss and Alipearl has been the best quality and affordable, yes it’s still expensive but you do get what you pay for!! Yet with my experience on purchasing wigs, I believe their pricing is just right. - Jane

The hair was exactly the way it look in pictures. It is soft and it doesn’t shed at all.

The hair is true to length and didn’t have a bad smell, but the ends are very very thin. When ordering the v part wig, there was no option for density-only length and U or V part, I wish the ends were fuller. I will be making video reviews and listing pictures.

Fast shipping and the quality is amazing!

I have never had such a horrible experience with any other company. I ordered buy one get one free and did not know that I had to verify my shipping address. Several days passed before I recieved the email to verify. I was having second thoughts anyways due to the color and so I repeatedly tried to cancel my order. They refused to cancel and kept sending me videos and emails trying to talk me into not canceling. I never verified my address and after almost a month they charged my card anyways. I don't even know if they shipped my oder or not. Horrible way to do business.

I ordered a wig from here for the first time. It is my first time, ordering a human hair wig, and I was anxious about cost versus quality which can be a delicate balance.
However, as a first time purchase for a human hair wig, it was actually really good quality, and I bought the wig during a buy one get one offer, the second week was a blind item, but it was still human hair. It was good quality, not the same quality as the one I paid for but as a free wig i still enjoy it and wear it.
I ordered and my item was shipped within three days of ordering, and I received it within a week only despite ordering during Black Friday sales.
As for customer service, right after ordering, they contacted me to confirm my shipping address in order to ensure receiving my item, and I confirmed it and they shipped it within one day after confirmation.
Overall for a first time experience with the brand/website and human hair wigs in general, i’d say the experience was 10/10.

Excellent hair quality! I was particularly impressed with the density of their 180% body wave wig (in comparison with other sellers). The density is very good and the bounce that comes with the hair is totally amazing. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend this seller.
