I tried to book a hotel in makkah . Adan Yousaf tried to beat competitive prices . Customer service was excellent . I decided to book with another tour operater as i already arranged my flights with them. Adan was friendly throughout .

DO NOT USE!! I have repeatedly told Al Islam Travels — including their manager — not to contact me. Despite this, they continued calling me for months and have now started messaging me on WhatsApp.

Complete disregard for consent and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Good experience. Hotels were good. Straight forward booking process. I was told at the time of booking that hotels are booked but week before I was the flight I was told that madina hotel is fully booked so had to book another hotel which was thankfully good Alhamdulillah.
Did all the booking with Sanwan. He was very helpful.
Had an issue with the Taif travel company in Saudia who handled all the transport in saudia. Drivers were very cunning and wanted to finish the job as quickly as possible. Which was not good.

Do not ever ever book through this hotel they will take their money and then they will say your reservation has been cancelled and asked for more money...

First one of their agent named adan showed us a hotel and he asked for 20 pound for reservation of that hotel we paid 20 pound after he asked for the remaining amount to confirm the hotel I paid the remaining amount but the next day he was saying the price has gone up you have to pay more all you can choose another hotel I don't want to choose another hotel and I was asking for refund and as soon as I started asking for refund they stop reply I tried to contact their different numbers everyone says we will just get back to you and no one get back to me

I reached with Adan on whats app for planning an Umrah package , he was quick and gave me some packages . I had my umrah thorough another agency as i was tight in time. I will consider their services next time .
