Had no customer service replies to enquiries as to when ,after waiting weeks , id be receiving product , absolutely abysmal will never order from this company again fortunately got a full refund 👎👎👎

Oh dear. Should have checked this company out before placing my order. Haven’t received it and no reply to my many e-mails.

A little find still waiting for my order of two starter kits of fulfill cleaners have emailed the seller twice and both times the emails have been returned undeliverable,
emailed again nothing back still no delivery as of 24th of August 2025

Communication from customer service is dreadful.

Still waiting over week now no parcel

Ordered on the 24th February, still waiting delivery, have sent multiple emails, with no response, canceled order through website, which has also been ignored.
Managed to cancel the first payment of a pay in three, through Paypal, still no response.
I would not recommend alittlefind to anyone.

I placed (and paid for) an order at the beginning of the month, but haven’t received my order. I’ve sent enquiries, but haven’t had replies and they’ve ignored my request to cancel my order and issue a refund.

Then a third party got involved. He said he spoke with someone and assured me A Little Find was having technical issues and I’d receive my order soon. I didn’t. Instead, I received an email saying that my order was cancelled and I’ll receive a refund soon. I’m still waiting.
My refund was received today (25 Feb).
I really used to enjoy shopping here, and hope they can get back to being what they were.

I purchased an additional Aarke water bottle (glass) and it turns out to have a smaller thread than that on my carbonator ... unpacked it, rinsed it through and tried to screw it on to the machine; extremely disappointed that there was no indication the bottle was intended for a specific model ... The bottle is lovely but im not able to use it as intended

I was gifted a voucher for a little find….. I placed my order (when I finally found something they had in stock) on 7 December, still hadn’t received it in January. I contacted their support team and had no response at all. Only when shopify asked how my order went I decided to let them know. Lo and behold my order arrived that week. I thought it was a dodgy website when my order didn’t arrive and nobody responded!

Only half of my delivery has arrived. I ordered over a month ago. I have used this company before and had no issues. However this time is very frustrating to find £30 worth of items lost in post.

A lovely item bought at a really good price from this company.
Delivery took a while but when I contacted them they followed up quickly on the delay.

Bargain price, 70 per cent off at Black Friday. Excellent service, genuine article with speedy delivery.
