Multiple purchases of coins from company and always great product at a fair price. What really sets them apart is the fast and great customer service before during and after the purchases to help along the way. Will continue to come back to order future Challenge Coins from them.

Regards the order - our 501 (c3) has me approving and our treasurer paying.
You, your automated system, and people, kept sending 2 emails on the same subject, different subject lines, which confused everyone.
You dropped our Treasurer from most of those, which created a lot of work for me to get paid something our organization had approved.
I don't need the extra work of fixing something that should be a simple purchase. What happened to the customer?????
