What a horrible experience and a lack of customer service. You have to search to find the customer service number. The messages in the app are not answered right away. It took two weeks for my labs to come back, and my insurance covered a GLP-1, but the provider was not in network, so they pushed me to pay out of pocket. It was a significant waste of my time, and I did a lot of legwork on my own. The only plus was my provider. She was great, and I will miss her.

I booked with Allara after seeing a social media ad. I requested a fertility specialist. Instead, I got an OBGYN who was NOT a fertility specialist. The doctor even admitted she is not a fertility specialist. I complained, disputed the charge, and requested a refund but since you have a card on file, they charge you and will not give a refund. This is fraudulent advertising! I have yet to get my money back! I disputed it with my card company but the card company claims Allara showed it was a justified charge and has not given my money back. I will continue to fight to get my money back! Allara is a company that cannot be trusted!

You’re trying to flag my review to be deleted but I will keep posting it! If I can help it, I will divert as much business away from you as I can! You’re a FRAUD company!)

I was given a lot of information about nutrition and my concerns were thoroughly listened to. I was given meal and snack ideas that will help me get more protein, something that might be causing other health issues as well.

It was so quick and easy to get in to see a specialist (endocrinologist) without having to go through the hassle of getting a referral from my GP. In-person appointments would have had me waiting 2-3 months just for a first appointment. The telehealth format allowed me to get in to see a doctor quickly and easily. They placed me with a doctor who actually seems genuinely concerned about my health. I am already on my way to feeling better!

What a refreshing approach to my healing. I am a broken record when it comes to my weight loss and my nutritionist is finally helping me fix the issues.

Came across this company wanting to take a deeper dive into my hormone health. It’s very user friendly, so many providers and appointments to choose from that work with my schedule. I like that I don’t have to go anywhere for my appointment, I just take it online.

Absolutely amazing experience with the nutritionist and the endocrinologist.

The providers are very thoughtful and knowledgeable. They make suggestions/care plans to work with your symptoms and health conditions. They respond to messages in a timely manner and adjust prescriptions, etc as needed.

Very disappointed. My provider changed my medication dosage, then didn’t remember making the change until I reminded her during my appointment. It gave me the impression that my chart hadn’t been reviewed beforehand. Afterward, the pharmacy made multiple requests to clarify the new dosage, but they went unanswered for days. Despite several messages through the app, the issue still wasn’t resolved, and I ran out of medication. For someone who is very sensitive to hormonal changes, that is not a minor inconvenience—it can have a significant impact on my health and well-being. This experience has left me with little confidence in the quality of care or communication, and it has made me rethink using virtual healthcare altogether.

I want to state that I've been very dissatisfied with my care with Allara so far. My dietician was nice, but gave me very basic information. The MD on the other hand, has made me feel more dismissed than my primary care doctors ever have. Dr. Bremner rushed through both of my appointments, had to ask me for information about myself I've provided multiple times, referenced "your diabetes," which I've never had a diagnosis for, and also thought I was on an insulin pump when I've never had insulin. He also told me today that if I started taking weight loss meds, I'd likely regain the weight back "and then some," and he would not recommend that ... but also recommends that I lose weight to manage my PCOS. I am also very dissatisfied with the "insurance" claims that Allara makes. It was shown that my insurance would cover my appointment, only for me to have a $168 visit charge in my bank account a few days later with no notice or explanation of benefits/cost. I cannot recommend this company or service - save your money and time.

I'm thrilled to leave a review for Allara health. I've never ever felt so seen, heard and cared for by doctors than I have with Allara. They advocate for your health, cheer your progress, give you focused, actionable plans to achieve your goals... Their staff are always helpful and friendly, ready and willing to jump in and figure things out with you. The appointments make you feel like you're talking to a sister or a best friend, not a stuffy doctor who treats you like a number. If you're tired of doctor's not giving you the time of day, and quick to just dismiss your symptoms, sign up with Allara. I'm so glad I did that I cried tears of joy after my appointments because I finally felt understood.

A friend referred me to Allara after I shared extreme issues with menopause symptoms. Dr. Beverly Huegel was a great choice for me in their network. She read my previous labs, listened to my story, and assessed a clear plan to take the next step during our first visit. She definitely cares about women’s health and has the knowledge to help us.

The whole process was seamless. I can’t get in to my primary care until October. The fact that I was able to get a next day appointment, get an Rx for blood work the same day and book in appointment for Labcorp all within 48hrs was amazing. After endless ER visits that led to dead end after dead end and “everything looks fine” I want to tell all woman about this.

If you’re going here for PCOS don’t waste your money. They are no experts and can only give you generic information. You can get this same information from the internet or your primary.
They canceled my dietician appointment minutes before it was set to start. Then, when I was speaking to my primary she was looking at the wrong patient file - and this is after I said to her repeatedly, “are you sure you have the right person”? This place touts having expertise in PCOS but don’t even have the basics down of patient logistics
