Waited almost a month to get it... then... its crap! I followed the instructions. Do not spend your money

Waited nearly a month for my pens to arrive and when they did it certainly was NOT worth the wait. It did not remove any of the scratches or scuffs on my car.
Total waste of money and false advertising

You dummies. This is for the CAR company, not the pen or whatever fake gimmick product being sold. Selling my car was smooth and super easy, gave very fair offer very happy with them and would highly recommend. Ariana was great, and they sent check right away. Even wait for to clear b4 picking up vehicle! (Mine was only 1 day)

Waited four weeks for delivery. Then to use it, it’s just made my car worst! Don’t bother!!!! I’d attach a photo of if I could.

Bought so called scratch pen paid £19.99 and recieved a ball point pen worth 10p
Now the want me to send it back to somewhere in China at my expense instead of refunding me.
do not trust them! Daylight robbery! took over a month to turn up too!

Wij kwamen deze Prachtige Volkswagen Caddy Maxi 1.4 TSI / 7 persoons / maxi / automaat op het internet tegen , wij hebben vervolgens een afspraak gemaakt , en werden warm ontvangen met een bakkie koffie , het is bij on met een lekker bakkie warme chocomelk geworden , we gingen kijken in een mooie showroom waar alle auto`s netje stonde opgesteld , na een tijdje bezichteging van meerdere auto`s zijn wij in 2 auto`s een proefritje gaan maken en het wat dus de Volkswagen Caddy Maxi 1.4 TSI / 7 persoons / maxi / automaat geworden , we kwamen voor een net iets andere auto maar naar goede uitleg en hun goede overtuigengen was het dus die auto geworden , vervolgens de auto gekocht , was het maar een paar werkdagen dat wij de auto konden ophalen .

De vriendelijk van deze mannen en de goede kennis en de overtreffelijke uitleg wil je bij deze bedrijf All Cars Brabant zeker eengoede auto kopen .

Prima VW Caddy gekocht problemen met touchscreen navigatie.

I'll just keep it short and sweet. I stumbled across this platform and decided to give them a shot. Needless to say, after the inspector came out, and assessed my vehicle, I get the run around for a few days and they send me an email stating that they would only offer me a fraction of what my initial offer was. I politely declined. Even after providing all the paperwork, they tried to low ball me. It was clear that the inspector and whoever the guy was that was texting me, were on not on the same page. That was a red flag from the beginning. Long story short, I'm not bashing this platform, just giving my experience.

If I could rate them no stars I would. I ordered the pen from their website and it was empty with no nib despite being in clear packaging. This is an expensive scam and cost me £19.99. Do not buy!!!

Shocking. Order never arrived. Then asked for a refund. Then asked for a refund again and they then sent the item.

Allcars.com is not a good option for someone looking for a legitimate offer on their used car. While they are anxious to get your information and inspect your car, they are unprofessional and avoid returning calls or communications in order to finalize the transaction or even get a real quote from them. Any company that is unwilling to be upfront in their process is not worth your effort. There are too many options in the resale market to deal with companies that do not make good on their promise.

Purchase the magic pen. What a waste of money does nothing at all. I am now trying to get my money back including the postage As it has cost me £10 to return it to them.

They have completely ignored my request for the refund and told me how good their product is, They told me once I issued them with the tracking number they would refund me. They have not refunded me. I am taking this to my bank and trading standards. They stated that the terms and conditions said that they would not pay the postage however consumer 2015 states differently but they refusing. Please avoid to save yourself a lot of hassle and money.

Magic pen is rubbish do not buy, save your money! Doesnt even dry after 24hrs !! It says 3hrs, rubbish !! You need to rub it off or it gets messy !! Avoid ! Avoid !

Wat is Roel een fijne meedenkende en begripvolle man! Zeer persoonlijk, zeer kundig en professioneel. Wist veel van de auto af en waar we vragen hadden kon hij deze beantwoorden! Ook met betrekking tot onduidelijkheden van de financiering belde Roel naar de tussen persoon of dacht mee

Niets meer dan lof voor dit bedrijf en deze meneer! Vandaag akkoord gekregen voor de auto en door het snelle handelen van de tussenpersoon en Roel de auto vanavond nog op mogen halen.

Mocht je een auto zoeken met specifieke kenmerken, klop aan bij Roel en hij zoekt of denkt met je mee! Maar ook de auto’s die er staan, heeft Roel over nagedacht en de “snoepjes” er tussen uit gevist☺️

From the first phone call to the last, Jim Inzinga was professional, responsive and courteous on every occasion. The car inspection was done in a timely manner and we received a fair price for our truck. We had payment within 24 hours. The entire experience was refreshing in today’s world of unkept promises and non-existent customer service. Thanks Jim.

I live in VT. I contacted AllCars online about selling my 4 year old Mazda CX3 with under 25K miles. Jim made an initial tentative offer of $17,200, subject to inspection. I offered to have a local repair shop do an inspection, but Jim said that he would send someone from NY to do it instead. That should have been a warning, but I thought Jim was doing me a favor. The AllCars inspector came out and said that he felt my car had been in a major accident: that the front passenger door looked repainted and puttied, albeit expertly. This is not true. The car is almost new and has never been in an accident. I bought the car one year ago from a Mazda dealer. It was a certified used car and I have the CarFax report and updates. I told the inspector and Jim that there had never been accident. Despite this, Jim lowered his offer by almost $4,000. Of course I declined. I feel like Jim and AllCars tried to cheat me by inventing a reason to low-ball me. They are dishonest.
