All Cars Fix Bewertungen

The order never arrived. I ordered in December and now it is February. I contacted allcarsfix.com and they were unable to refund. It is a SCAM

I never received my product (Pen). Ordered on 1/1/26. Tracking stopped updating on 1/7/2026. Producr comes from China. Left messages twice with no response even though they "promise" to update within 24 hrs, 7 days a week. STAY AWAY! I believe this to be a bogus company.

Pen was pretty much worthless for me (gloss black on a bike frame). Bought two, they seemed dried out and I had to turn it upside down for a day or two to even get the tip of the pen wet. Applied to a few different surfaces (bike frame as noted above as well as to my car). Didn't help at all and now instead of a scratch, there's a scratch with a little dried residue around it.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Delivery is too long. No communication and no guarantee of a refund/return or exchange

This company are the biggest scammers of all time. Do not touch with a barge pole. I am still waiting for a magic pen which I paid for around six weeks ago. Emails are ignored. Quite frankly, they should be closed down immediately.

Bought 2 pens and was very sceptical and my assumption was 100 percent right. Waste of time and money. does not work on a white car and from reviews does not seem to work on most colours. Don't buy

My order never arrived, and have been ignored ever since.

I purchased a Magic Pen from this site. After what felt like weeks for the item to arrive, I was contacted by Evri to say that they do not know where my parcel is, and feared that it may have been lost. Telling me to contact the supplier.

So I did… I sent multiple emails to them, and they ignored every single email I sent. Even sending them proof of emails from Evri support to inform me its lost, and to contact the company I purchased the item from, to get a refund/ new one sent out. Nothing. No response.

So now, I am out of pocket, no item. Do not trust this company and their glowing reviews.

After waiting for almost a month, I received the 2 pens and tried to erase my scratches and it does not work at all. Nothing. Not the smallest scratch. It’s as I put water on it. I requested a refund. This is unacceptable. I keep you posted on the development

I was a bit hesitant to order it given my less than ideal experiences with recent online purchases. Once I made the order, I had low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised as the order reached me much quicker than promised. I tried the scratch remover pen on a few scratches and am very happy with the purchase.

Initially, the results looked good with the scratches filled nicely. But about two weeks later not only were the scratches clearly visible again but the paint was removed along the scratches making them appear far worse than before using the pan. Basically the pen damaged the paint more than the original scratches. I contacted the company and they offered me $2 compensation. The damage caused by the pen is going to cost several hundred dollars to repair.

I wasn't really expecting much from the product to be honest. My back bumper was in a shocking way! My cars black and getting the pram in and out the boot had caused deep white scratches. I used the pen and honestly couldn't believe it! You can hardly see any marks at all! I was looking into a new bumper but I just don't need it now. Amazing product & 3months on it still looks as good!

Worked well on the scratches. Instruction would be good. I only had minor scratches they have all disappeared.

Ik heb het product op mijn witte auto geplaatst met licht krassen. Geen verbetering te zien!

Didn't get the delivery ordered. After repeated contact they finally responded saying it would be re sent. No further contact and ignoring contact attempts when I chase it up

Great product that works as advertised.
I used the pen on many of my small scratches, and it did work very well to my surprise, as I have used other products that are similar, but they did not work at all.

I purchased the suggested 2 pen offer, and I am glad I did, because I have several classic cars that have scratches.

Didn’t work and was a complete waste of money, don’t buy as you might as well just throw your money in the bin

Very satisfied customer 👌

Great, worked so well, covered all scratches, very good price and good postage up dates.

This is a SCAM! Product doesn't work as advertised. Company doesn't refund. Didn’t reply to numerous emails seeking a refund as stated on their website. Don’t fall for their reply offering me help!

I think using polish would have removed the tiny scratches which this pen did do. The bigger scratches, size of 4mm it made no difference to at all. Waste of time. When I wrote to the company to say this, they asked me to return it to them in China! Guess how much that postage would've been! No offer of refund.
