i never received the products i ordered. after several requests by email and on the contact form, i received no response.

First i received a package which wad not what i ordered. Then after talking to the customer service I got my package. I ordered a harry potter cosplay. It sucks. Don't waste your money on this company honestly. The pants feels really cheap and are baggy. The gloves and the rest is extremely plastic. Looks awful and are bigger than the site states in their size chart. No way to adjust the legs. The cape has long arms despite the picture showing short ones. All in all the only thing I'm happy with is the sweater but I paid more than $200 for it and can't return it as ive taken it out and looked at it, and as I have a dog its impossible to say that it haven't gotten any hair on it. Im so sad i ordered from them. Don't repeat my mistake.

The garment I received did not match the photos. I tried to contact the company three times to initiate a return and never heard back. Strongly do not recommend.

I ordered a cosplay, paid $217,38 and received a small, orange squeaky toy. On the package it says "harry costume" SURELY THIS MUST BE A JOKE.

I orderd a jumpsuit for my puppy from Allcosplay. It comes on time without any shipping charges. The size is perfect and my dog is very happy after wearing it. Now I am looking for more cloths to purchase for my puppy. Worth for money.

Bought the Akali Long Cosplay Wig from this website! The rayon fabric makes it look really lustrous and the color looks great. Yay!!

They made a custom-made costume for me for 14 days. I was afraid that I would not make it to the event, but they managed. I wrote e-mails asking when the shipment would be, and I got an answer when I already had the costume in my hands. Their support is a bit weak, they should work on it a bit, but I'm glad that the costume arrived.

I ordered a custom shoes from them. According to a size chart they should fit perfectly, but I feel that should take half size up. Overall the material is fine, and they are well made - 4/5.

I ordered a wig from them at the beginning of Jan, and instead of 1, I received 10 pieces of the same... I contacted support to make a return shipment. They apologise for the situation, and said to keep them or give away at my event xD

I never received my outfit (which was "in stock"), and I've had no response or updates from the seller, even though I paid extra for insured trackable shipping. Currently in a dispute with them via third party payment, so far I've only received a partial refund for a very expensive item. It's a nightmare and a huge waste of time. Order Status on my account on their website remains "Paid - Not Processed".

This is close to being a scam. Ordered a whole cosplay with a full costume and a wig. Only got the wig. No costumer service email to be found anywhere and no reply when I try writing the company. I advise that you shop elsewhere.
