I have ordered many things from this company without any complaints. Delivery is prompt and the products are excellent. Recently I had a problem with hand gel, but on contacting them, I received a full refund (including postage). This was dealt efficiently and within two days of my contact, by Megan in Customer Services. I can only stress that I have no complaints and everything has been first class.

Purchased 2 pairs of compression socks. Unable to get them on. Elastic top too strong to open. Spoke to seller (assume it is a one person business) and she was most rude and told me I had crosscontaminated the socks! Thought she was joking.
Please don't buy anything from this woman.

I bought a couple of mattress toppers but when I opened then and tried then on my mattresses they turned out to be really noisy and plasticky like incontinence sheets. I asked for a refund and to send them back. I hadn't used them, just opened them up. But Allergy Best Buy were very unhelpful and suggested it was my fault for not reading the description clearly. they offered no compensation and no apology. All they offered was a 10% discount off future purchases with them, which they were offering anyways to all new customers! Do not buy anything with this company as you won't be able to return it if it turns out to be sub standard.

I purchased what was advertised as a child soft support anti allergy pillow washable at 60 degrees and tumble dryable. I received an adult firm pillow washable only at 30 degrees and that could not be tumble dried. They insisted they sent the correct item. I can only assume this is a fraudulent company.

I purchased hypo allergenic (Cottonfresh brand) bedding on medical advice. I had not heard of the company before, so decided to contact them in advance of purchase to check them out. I received a prompt and re-assuring email confirming that they had traded for 20+ years and their remit is to supply good quality products to help allergy sufferers with their symptoms. The ordering process was straightforward; dispatch & delivery was prompt; the goods, whilst relatively expensive ( you get what you pay for!) were absolutely first class in terms of fit, manufacture and quality. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.

Their website states delivery is 48 hours via UPS. I ordered something on the 23rd November, and it arrived on the 6th December with Royal Mail (having been attempted to be delivered on the 3rd Dec - still 10 days after having ordered). Do not use if you need something in a hurry!

Sent me the wrong items, and when the package they sent to correct half of the mistakes made in the first order was lost, they refused to act on further inquiries. Still haven't received what I paid for, I guess it's technically fraud.
