Jeff and Liz were absolutely wonderful! They gave me peace of mind by checking my references in advance of me applying for other jobs! And they gave me many encouraging comments along the way, although they did not have to take the time to do so! They were more than just a service but real compassionate people on the other end of the phone line! Looking for a job is hard enough and let alone if you think that you may get a bad reference from a former employer! It is nice to have this service which offers piece of mind!

Always skeptical when making online purchases for a service but I am very pleased with their process and results. Same day service was great, because honestly no one likes waiting for important things. Being able to log in immediately after paying and seeing the process was a huge plus. The call afterwards was thorough and the lady I spoke to was professional. The emailed report was detailed. 5 starts overall, very impressive! I wish I would have done this years ago!

The reviewer performed the task in a timely manner, making calls the very next day after I submitted a request, and received information that confirms the company is following policy. While I expected more information to be provided from my former supervisor of 2+ years, the supervisor is aligned with the compay policy and I can now use this information when discussion what a potential employer can expect when checking employment records and references. This helps me better understand who not to list as a reference, and align this solely with employment verification.
