The packaging was heavily damaged upon…
The table and chairs are fine but the table arrived damaged due to subpar packaging. The table top has a chip and a crack in it. This is unacceptable, especially in view of the price of the item. Very disappointed in AllModern.

FedEx delivery issue
Not AllModerns fault but the recliner I ordered arrived damaged with a broken leg / arm and scratched side. The box specifically indicated up furniture with arrows and it was delivered on its side. The photo of proof of delivery from FedEx shows the chair delivered on its side. I have emailed AllModern with photos and order number for a replacement and expect a response today. All my previous orders arrived in excellent condition.
PS I chatted with Kova who was outstanding and set up a technician to come out and fix the recliner. Top level customer service!

Weird leather smell
I really love the chair that I bought, it’s perfect for my desk and it’s comfortable and seems to be good quality. However, the leather has this awful chemical smell that I can’t seem to get rid of. I tried leaving the chair outside on my screened in porch for several hours to see if it would help, but the smell is still pretty strong days later.
