Avoid this company, Extremely disappointing, my flowers arrived already wilting. Within a couple of days the flowers were dead. I sent numerous messages asking for a refund or replacement, I got one reply asking me for another photo ? as if my photos of the dead flowers wasn’t enough ! I will never use this company again !

I would be cautious about ordering from this company. I ordered quite a few flowers for a floral tribute for a funeral. The problems were the following:

- The 40 roses were already quite open when they arrived and turned brown the next day. They were useable and had to be binned.
- I had paid extra DPD weekend delivery and it said so on my invoice but the order was delivered by Royal Mail. So when I received the royal mail tracking number, I was unsure whether it would come in time, so it was VERY stressful.
- The flowers were crushed at the bottom of the box. (they just layered all flowers together on top of each other)
- The customer service is no existent.

Really disappointing.

The flower arrived when they said they would but the spray carnations many head off or damaged stems.

Prompt and easy

Four of the ten stems were already wilted.

I was nervous after I placed the order as there is no way of getting in touch via phone, they have a number, but do not respond. The flowers did turn up on time and were really good quality, so I would order again. My only suggestion for them is better direct customer service .

Flowers come in time, secured well. Normally nice blooms which hydrate quickly

Great Service! Fast, friendly, value for money and adaptable to our requirements.
Will continue to use.
Very happy with the service and quality of the flowers.
Danny was great to deal with

I had real trouble sourcing a simple bunch of crysathamums for my brothers funeral (he used to help my mother in a flower nursery) the idea was for guests to each be given one to put on the coffin. I finally found All Occasions but I thought it would too small a request for a wholesaler but received a fabulous efficient service and delivery

Brilliantly easy website to order from; plenty of detail/information about each flower variety. Great communication following order and everything arrived on the day requested (4.7.26). This order was hugely important to me as I was doing all the flower arrangements (including three very large pedestals) for a very dear friend's funeral. The quality and range of flowers was exceptional and some varieties lasted over three weeks. I would recommend All Occasions Wholesale without reservation ... wonderful!

Happy with the flowers and service

quality flowers

flowers arrived on time quality excellent arrive in perfect condition\beutifull flowers

Beautiful flowers, wedding looked gorgeous.

Do NOT use them at all cost. They sent me artificial hydrangeas when I ordered fresh hydrangeas and are not refunding me my money or replacing them for fresh hydrangeas. It is awful and I am now out of pocket for £52 ! Terrible scam.

Absolutely appalling definately wouldn’t use again all went in bin heads broken and crushed left in full sun on hottest day of year after leaving instruction on where to leave, total responsibility put onto dpd but they didn’t pack the order with mouldy stems it’s a no from me !!! I also emailed them that day and it took a week for any reply so them saying they wish to keep customers happy is not the case they passed the book straight away so the reply on here is absolute rubbish they certainly aren’t interested in keeping customers happy !!!

Absolutely loved the flowers arrived fresh and beautiful and when I had issues they fixed it straight away very professional
