I should have known better. They say their products are cotton, but what I got is a silky, shiny, definitely NOT cotton sweatshirt and t-shirt. Also the size chart measurements are definitely not accurate. I am not going to deal with the hassle of a return but I will never order from them again.

1. This is NOT a US company as stated on the website, it is a company in China
2. They DO NOT accept returns, even though the website states that they do and it's easy! That's a lie.

Never order from this company. The clothes are terrible, they are liars and scammers. Protect yourself.

Put an order in not realizing it was a woman's hoodie. Contacted them within an 1 of the order.
Told me it was too late to cancel order and refund me my money.
After doing some research I find that this company changed it's name that I had dealings with that never sent me my order.
This company says there is the US but they are actually over seas.

No stars. Ordered two hummingbird feeders on 2/12/24 Charged to my account but no feeders or follow up No information on how to contact No order number. Time to deal with credit card company

Sizes are not true to size. A 2XL does not fit like a 2XL. I tried first to exchange the items I ordered but was given the run around so I asked for a refund. I was told that the amount it would cost me to ship the items back was very expensive and it was suggested that I give the products to a friend who might enjoy them. They never would give me an amount that it would cost to return the items or give me the details on how to return the items. They also charged my PayPal account more than the invoice showed my total being. Be very careful with this company. They do not stand behind their returns/refunds policy like they say they do. So I have over $100 in product that does not fit and they will not let me return it for a refund.

Been cammed again, no product, no refund. . .send my mondy back or I will just go through my credit card and dispute the charge!!!!

Made the mistake of ordering from Facebook as I have not received the order.

0 is what I want to rate! Ordered in Nov and just received. Two scarfs that warm up- what a joke ! Try to charge them , gets lukewarm only. Off the charge it does nothing! Last time I will purchase off Facebook!

I ordered a Christmas garage door banner on 11/12/23--I just got it today--1/22/24. Kind of late for Christmas. Getting ahold of the company was impossible. The things they sent with it to hang it will not work--won't even try them. Very poor quality, took FOREVER, and the communication with them sucked.

I ordered in early December and charged a much higher amount than what it originally showed. I have never received my order, contacted them and they say it was delivered however I don't have it and no one around me does nor does the post office, they now won't respond.

I purchased an item on FB and was charged 5.00 more when I already paid and received confirmation. And then received another email from them for a different amount, very dishonest!

Ordered a top for my partner in late October/early November and have only just received the item .
The quality of it is very POOR… it’s not sweatshirt material and is just a nylon fabric …. Absolutely horrible.
It was not cheap either. It’s going back to them and I ll probably never see my money any time soon.
DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone . There is nothing good to say about it.

I ordered a sweater from them and when I finally received the sweater it was not the sweater I ordered. It had the right print on it but the sweater it’s self was not the same. They use a pic of a nice sweater and then send you a cheap horrible quality sweater. When reaching out to their customer service to send it back they told me it was the right one and there was nothing they could do. Do not waste your money on this site, there is so many other ones. It was pricey and you receive garbage.

Avoid this site at all costs.
It took too long to arrive and then when it did I wished it hadn't.
The quality of what is meant to be a sweatshirt is disgraceful. It just a green nylon material with an equally awful White nylon lining.
I complained and asked for a refund but have basically been told it would be easier for me to keep it and they will give me £2.00 compensation. I paid £26 not £2.
Customer service is non existent and just keep sending me the same answer.
I have learnt my lesson and will not buy from Facebook again.
Disgusting.

If I could give a zero score I would. Took 4 weeks for the goods to arrive. They initially took too much money. I had to complain to get the excess refunded. The goods are poor quality and I'll fitting. There isn't even a label on them with a size, materials or country of manufacture. They won't refund; just keep saying it will be too expensive to return to China (didn't mention China on the advert or I wouldn't have bought them) Just offered a reduction in price. The same goods being sold under a variety of names on Facebook. All have the same advert

Absolute junk, if you want terrible quality junk then this place is for you.
I had to get Paypal involved to even get a tracking number and then what I received is cheap junk, I threw it straight in the bin because the chances of getting refunded are approximately 0. Please learn from my error and save yourself the hassle.

I ordered a friends ‘could I be any more festive’ Christmas jumper. This was a drunk order after seeing it on Facebook, something I wouldn’t usually do. After a week and no communication I started to think I may have been scammed, especially after reading the reviews on here. I also realised it was coming from china and started to worry about the size. However the order has arrived today exactly two weeks after ordering. Although it is a little thin, the material is really nice and soft. It fits absolutely perfectly and is exactly as described. I haven’t washed it yet and will probably do by hand to be on the safe side so that the picture doesn’t spoil. As things stand I’m extremely pleased with my purchase!

If I could give zero stars I would! This place is a scam. Ordered a hoodie and they claim it was delivered to my front porch. Well it was not. I reached out to them via email and instant messenger and nobody has gotten back to me. Don’t waste your money on a BS outfit like this. Buy local and not on FB. Anyone can scam you on FB.
