Fantastic Service

I cannot praise them enough for negotiating with my insurer to get the cost of my water damage repairs covered in full. Their builder James did a fantastic job and my house looks amazing now. I definitely could not have achieved this result without the help of their expert claims team.

Reassuringly great!

We had a flood at our property and were struggling with the insurance company. I reached out to All Property Claims with the lowest of expectations, but again and again they have advocates on my behalf with the insurance company. Abhijeet was great in terms of getting the repairs and reimbursements sorted! The builders/contractors that All Property Claims employed were also top notch and very patient/knowledgeable. In addition, to the final outcome of the claim and the undertaking of the work, All Property Claims, thanks to Abhijeet, also secured me to cash settlements with the insurance company for the delay to the works. All in all very happy with them!

Ongoing leak at my flat

Ongoing leak at my flat. They were great and managing the relationship between me, a loss adjuster, and the insurance company. When i needed a leak detection company and survey they arrange it. The got the damp survey team in when needed it.

They get get things done and the delays aren't theirs.

Dishonest Company, didnt finish the work

Day robbery, unprofesional.

Does not matter if you still pretending to be a different company the fact is your company is the same one I paid and contacto do the work, you outsource to a third party and Yanny was the guy who came to my office, I made a mistawith the name and spell Danny instead of Yanny.
Stop playing idiots guy, it's us the same company and does mit change the fact that you robe me and kept my money because your company didn't complete the work. People are not stupid despite of you trying to deny, the only thieves are you.
In January 2026 I contacted the company to check the leak from my central heating and paid £600, Tan was helpful and promised the earth, he sent Danny to attended my property to do the work, he could not find the leak, proposed that he has to leave the gas on the system for 48 hrs, I told him because of been too cold in January i will prefer to have it done in April, was told by Danny no problem, I coyld book near the time. I did email Tan to rebook to no vail, after been emaling All prooerty Claims, yesterday Tan called to book Danny but asked me to pay another £600. This is a classical poor service and clear robbery of my money. Still having the leak and most likely will have to pay another company as Tan is refusing to complete the work, unless I pay again for the same job I paid in January 2026. Will never recommend this company.

This is from Tan back in Dec 2025 when apparently they didn't do any work for me, so why I paid you if according to you you refused my business? Compulsory lies. I dk have more text messages and emails from you as well. Therefore I won't change my review.

You were advised that the tracer gas needed to be left in the system for 24 hours as not gas was not leaking out the system. As you could not be without your heating for 24 hours Yany was advised to take the gas out and fill the system back up.
Please can you call Yany if you would like a further test completed but you would probably lose your heating for 24 hours.
I was previously advised you lost all boiler pressure within hours

Dear Elisabeth. You have confused the services of your leak detection firm with our company. We have not taken any payment from you, we have no contract with you and have not provided any service to you. All we have done is connected you to some independent leak detection companies who we felt may be able to assist you with your problem as we were unable to assist you at the time you contacted us back in Dec 2025.

In your review you have mentioned 2 names -Tan and Danny. I can confirm that we do have an employee named Tan but there is no Danny working for our firm. You are confusing our firm with the leak detection company you engaged.

I have checked our records and can see that when you originally contacted our firm on 23 Dec 2025 and spoke with Tan, he explained that as you did not know the cause of your leak, and as there was no visible water damage in your property, we had no basis to present an insurance claim to your insurer. Tan explained that Allproperyclaims is a claims management company - we are not plumbers or leak detection engineers. However to assist you he provided you details of leak detection companies who are completely independent to our firm - he felt they may be able to assist you in locating the leak in your property.

I understand that you entered into a contract with a leak detection company (where Danny works) but were unhappy with his service and so you called us to see if we could help. Tan explained to you that you should contact the firm who you paid for the leak detection and follow up directly with them. However as you were very agitated and upset he tried to help by calling this company for you to see if he could mediate- they told him that they had already undertaken some work for you in December and provided you their report and that you now wanted them to return for further investigations for which they quoted £600 to you. Tan called you back to relay this information but you appear to have mistaken him for the other company and you swore at him and hung up. Its like shooting the messenger! Now you have improperly and quite unfairly posted a review about our firm when in fact all along your complaint is with a DIFFERENT FIRM.

Please check your contract and you will see you have not engaged our firm! The text exchanges between you and Tan demonstrate the assistance and co-ordination he was doing between you and the leak detection firm where he was passing on what the company you were having a dispute with was trying to say about the work they had already done in your property with regards to finding your leak. To be clear - we have never sent you a quote, we have never done any works for you, we have no contract with you. In spending time on the phone with you and trying to help you, we have received no financial benefit whatsoever. The reason we assist people in this manner is because we hope that a) after finding their leak they may need to use our service for an onward insurance claim and b) even if they don't need our service right away we may have generated some goodwill for future work.

Clearly in this instance of leaning forward to help you has backfired because you have failed to distinguish the difference between our firm and the leak detection company with whom you have a dispute!

We genuinely wish you the very best but sincerely request that you take down this unfair review which you have directed to the wrong company,

I regret that I choose this company for handling my insurance claim

I regret that I choose them in the first place. They told me that they work together with different companies, however, all their companies are "one man bands'. The first company installed the dehumidifiers, but 2 of them were not working and after my flat was completely gutted, they installed new dehumidifier but then the only man in who was running the company passed away and they asked the handyman to install them, but he had not idea how to install them properly so they were not running for 10 days, which created a delay in the works carried `out. The second company who did the restauration only had one handyman who installed 2 floorboards that were damaged and one kitchen floor tile that was also damaged. He damaged my smoke alarm and did not rectify the problem when his work was finished, but try to pressure me to sign off his work. It took 2 weeks until they replaced the damaged smoke alarm. It seems to me that this company employes worker from East Europe because they are cheaper but they try to make as much money as possible from my insurance claim. I have moved back into the property on the 6th of February and by today, 20/03, I got no email from them confirming a date when when they correct the snagging details of which there are a lot, from paint clots on my doorframes to installing damaged floorboards and tiles. By today, they have made no list of the snagging details and no appointment to make amendments. They also often ignore more emails. I have emailed them my electricity bill for the period of the dehumidifying, and requested some money back 7 days ago, but did not receive any respond to my email and no payment.

Dear Ulrike - I am sorry you have not had a positive experience but the picture you have painted in your review is fraught with factual inaccuracies. For the benefit of readers I would like to correct the factual errors in your review and then address your demeaning and shamefully prejudiced comments about our builder and his nationality.

Firstly we don't have "different companies"- we are one company with several specialised contractors. Our drying technicians are all IICRC accredited – this is a globally recognized certification that sets standards for drying water-damaged structures. As you had suffered water damage our accredited drying technician, Steve, attended your property to strip out the mouldy/wet materials and install drying machines to mitigate further damage. He demonstrated to you how to regularly empty the machines when they had collected water but from our notes I can see that you had failed to do so, assuming instead that the machine was faulty. Sadly this drying technician passed away quite tragically and so a different drying technician, Aaron, was sent to complete the works. He replaced the machines to self-emptying ones to make it easier for you. Your drying was successfully completed and certified on 19 Jan 2026 after which a restoration specialist was sent to do the approved insurance repairs.

Secondly the repairs in your property did not comprise of “installing 2 floorboards and changing one kitchen floor tile” as you state – if these were the only repairs then you would not have moved into alternative accommodation for several weeks to enable the repairs to be undertaken!. The fact is that your repairs included complete wall and floors retiling in 2 bathrooms; changing of all laminate flooring in 2 bedrooms, living room and hallway; painting and decorating in all these rooms.

Thirdly you state that you have not been reimbursed your electricity costs for the drying machines installed in your property and have made it sound as though this is somehow a failing on our part. The fact is that you only sent us the supporting electricity bills on 17/3/26 ie 3 days before your posted this review! Whereas we sent your electricity bills to your insurer the same day you emailed it to us, we are presently waiting for them to process this payment for you.

The only item which is factually accurate in your review is that during the repairs your smoke alarm developed a fault and kept going off. This could be because it despite being protected during decorating some dust may have gotten into it. As you know we immediately booked our electrician to renew this item.

Turning now to your derogatory comments about the nationality of our workers. Our team members are not selected based on Nationality – but rather on their ability, reliability and quality of works. As it happens both drying technicians (Steve and Aaron) and Electrician (Shaun) who were booked on your job are British. The reinstatement contractor (Sziszi) is Eastern European. It is our firms policy to get written feedback from all our clients for each of our contractor and I am proud to state that our reinstatement contractor, who you have sadly taken exception to on grounds of his nationality, is in fact very highly rated on his client feedback scores and has been with our firm for over 6 years.

I guess despite all our best efforts, you can’t please everyone all of the time!

The builder,cornelieu who was contracted to do the repairs was skilled and very helpful .
The communication had been fairly good but could have been better
Overall not disappointed and would highly recommend.

Well recommended…

My colleague at work recommended this company to me as she was very impressed with their unique offering. So when I had a leak in my home and I was telling her about it because I was really struggling to get builders to quote for the repairs, she said I should try Allpropertyclaims. They kept up to their reputation and delivered a five star service starting from assessing all the damage in my property and then meeting with insurance companies Loss Adjuster.
I know that if I were to have handled this myself I would’ve failed in negotiating a settlement because the insurance people were constantly trying to find a way to rig out of paying a penny. They initially tried to suggest that I did not act promptly and that it was my fault. But these guys were really amazing and they knew the law and they understood insurance contracts and so they had my back.
After the insurance company had agreed everything then they got the team of repair workers to do all the repairs and they have done a stellar job.
I hope I never need to make an insurance claim again, but I know that if I ever do, I will most certainly be calling All property claims again.

All Property Claims helped manage a…

All Property Claims helped manage a complex situation with a water leak from the flat above. Tom was excellent in dealing with a very challenging loss adjuster and surveyor who were clearly not prepared to see the extent of the damage, but with his help, the claim was fully approved.
Once the insurers approved the claim (which took a long time - not APC’s fault), the repairs were scheduled immediately (next day). The contractor appointed was excellent and communicated well and did the repairs to the best standard.
I did have some challenges in things not being communicated effectively and therefore there was a bit of chasing on my side to make sure all the elements that I had requested were repaired and paid for, but overall an excellent service and one that is value for money given the time consuming and challenging nature of dealing with these types of issues. They were easy to get hold of on the phone (emails were a bit slower) and each person I spoke to was very helpful and they clearly had a good system for sharing notes on the case.

Water Damage Claim

Used All Property Claims to help me after water damage to my property after a water drain in a communal car park flooded. My management company were very difficult to get hold of and All property claims helped me through the process, ensuring I got the works done quickly and full loss of rent back whilst my tenants were out of the property. Abhijeet Singh was excellent and ensured I was reimbursed promptly and the works carried out were to a specific standard.

Incredibly helpful!

I had a bathroom leak and got in touch with All Property Claims - and honestly, I couldn't be happier with their service!! The very next day after I contacted them they sent out a surveyor to check the building damage. They actually made sure every single area was properly assessed so that nothing would be missed during repairs.

I sincerely want to thank their claims manager Abhijeet for swift resolution. He was always available to answer every question I had on the way. He understood my concerns and made sure he kept me updated throughout the whole process. He even raised my complaint with the insurers to get things resolved. Abhijeet handled everything so professionally and made a stressful situation feel so much easier.
Also, due to my bathroom leak, my property became uninhabitable and my tenant had to move out, which was a big financial loss for me. However, APC's claims team made sure I was adequately reimbursed for the loss of rent as well as the damage. I never expected that and I can't thank the APC team enough for taking care of that🙏🏼

Overall, the experience was excellent. Professional, reliable, and supportive from start to finish! I'd 100% recommend All Property Claims to anyone going through something similar
