Ordering was easy to achieve. Product perfectly engraved to request I made. Time scale fro order to delivery excellent. I will definately use all things personalised again.

First tine I’ve ordered anything to be personalised and it was just as described. Quick delivery, well packaged and in a lovely gift box. Would highly recommend as reasonably priced and great quality.

Didn’t receive any email of my order confirmation, won’t be able to track my parcel and by consequences missed the delivery two times even by paying for next day shipping.

Now I don’t have a present.

No email confirmation, having to call a few times, lost my first order. Inscription isn’t the best to be fair.. very disappointing

We placed an order with this company for 6 engraved Awards/Trophies. For our part we had to give the information of what was needed to be engraved on the trophies, we then had to pay once the invoice this company delivered to us. We delivered on both counts by sending the information for the engraving and the most important on our part was to pay this company the agreed fee, which we duly did on the same day the invoice arrived. For your part, and remember this is your business that you must run on a regular basis, for us it was a first time venture, you had to source the trophies, engrave the trophies and the most important on your part was to deliver the items on the agreed date, which you did not do. These trophies were to be awarded to young people who have a variety of issues ranging from physical/mental disabilities, SEND, autism and because of your utter incompetence had to be let down. Not only did the young people have to be let down but family/care and friends who were to attend the awards ceremony had to be let down.

Good quality product, first class service. The personalised engraving beautifully done.

I ordered a wine glass, however it did not come like the picture preview after I had put my personalised text in

I am very disappointed with the service I received. First, there was no order acknowledgement, and then they claimed it was lost in transit. When the package eventually arrived, the glass inside was completely shattered and carelessly wrapped in a thin layer of bubble wrap. Their communication was bad, and they completely let me down, especially since it was for a birthday gift. I absolutely will not use them again!
