Owned several of these for iPhone. Batteries wore out in less than a year and recently cases cracked easily with normal use. Getting a replacement required to write a favorable review before replacement would be approved. Changed over to Mophie. More durable, same size, shorter daily battery life.

The Alpatronix charging case for the iPhone 13 shipped very quickly and arrived to my mailbox in a strong cardboard box. I was pleasantly surprised to not only find the case, but also a charger and a screen protector which included handy cleaning wipes to clear the phone of any debris. I installed the case to my iPhone and it fit perfectly. I also put on the screen protector and used the included wipes to clean my iPhone. So far I’m in love with the charging case. It is durable and held up well even when I unintentionally dropped it on hard gravel. It charges super fast and it has a ton of battery life. In fact I’m currently charging my phone right now while I write this review as my work does not have an outlet for a corded charger. The only problem that I have with the case is that the back charger doesn’t work with Apple products. Other than I would highly recommend this case to anyone looking for a durable and reliable charging case for their iPhone.

This is a great product. My phone always has plenty of battery and the battery cover protects my phone from damage. I have bought this 3 times. I love this product.

I have purchased several products over the years from them. Each time, their customer service was excellent. They went above and beyond to try to help me. One of the best companies I have ever dealt with.

I was very pleased with my experience while dealing with a warranty claim for my battery case which was out of the warranty coverage period. Alpatronix gave great assistance with my issue!

My case died after 11 months partly due to my own fault. Thankfull I had signed up to the one year warranty policy. They were super nice about it though and shipped me a brand new one as a replacement!

So far, I'm really liking this battery case. It doesn't overheat, and I can finally ditch my charger for extended periods while gaming. The build quality looks premium, giving me confidence in its durability.

I managed to drop my iphone with this case and the case acted like nothing happened to it. The battery life is good, I'm able to get through two days without a charger. Overall, nice product.

I recently got my hands on the Alpatronix VR headset, and it's been an incredible experience!

First off, the immersion is mind-blowing. The headset is comfortable to wear, and the adjustable straps ensure a snug fit for any head size. The lenses provide crisp, clear visuals, and the wide field of view truly transports you to another world.

The battery life is amazing. I was skeptical at first, reading some reviews, thinking it might not live up to its claims, but it's honestly doubled my phone's battery life. I can easily get through a full day without needing to charge my phone.

I was worried about the bulk, but it's actually really slim and lightweight. It's easy to slip into my pocket or purse and forget it's even there.

The charging port is super convenient too - it's USB-C so I can charge my phone and the battery case at the same time. And the customer service has been top-notch when I had a question about the product.

TLDR: Alpatronix sells a bad product and hopes you don’t use their warranty; warranty is not free; expect to be without a phone case for well over a week while they decide how to blame you for poor product quality.

I’ve owned several of these cases and each one has failed within months of purchase - shame on me for thinking that I happened to have gotten a few duds and giving the benefit of the doubt. The quality is atrocious and their warranty process is no doubt in keeping with the product’s terrible quality. Here’s a list of genuinely hilarious things learned during my interaction with their warranty people/customer support:

-They claim these battery cases regularly last “a few years” - this truly laughable. Never had one last longer than several months. My most recent one lasted three months - this the rule, not the exception, in my experience.
-“…we always advise on shipping with USPS as they provide flat rate postage and free packaging materials on site, so it should only be about $3-$4 to ship this back.” So like many solid scams, this warranty costs money AND the time it takes to go to USPS and have them package up Alpatronix’s terrible phone battery case. And like their lofty but flatly disingenuous claims of quality and a solid warranty on their Amazon page, this is nonsense: at $4 to ship from my location, the package would likely take 4-5 days to arrive + 4-5 days for the return trip. I have zero reason to think they deal with what I presume are mountains of terrible returned products in one business day so, at a minimum, we’re talking about a 10 day process at the very least, as opposed to the absurd 7-9 day timetable they gave me. And if you’re out of the country and could really use the extended battery life afforded by a battery case, you’re out of luck!
-They mentioned “verifying the defect” SEVERAL times in their correspondence with me, kinda reminded me about how insurance companies talk about out-of-network care. I’m genuinely tempted to send it back just to see if, as I very strongly suspect, they’ll try to blame me for their product ceasing to function for no discernible reason. Already frustrated enough though.
-You are required to register your product in a Google form, then use another Google form to submit your warranty claim. About a day after the latter is submitted, they send you a GIANT email comprised of disjointed paragraphs asking for: your order number (second time asking for it - they already requested/captured that in their not-at-all unprofessional Google form), several troubleshooting steps that amount to “is it charged” and “is it turned on”, 30 minutes of charging + a hard reset (both of which accomplish nothing), and five photos, one of which needs to capture the serial number (another thing they already captured in their form) which *surprise surprise* rubs off and becomes illegible after a few months and less than a dozen instances of sliding the phone in/out of the case.

I expect that the serial number becoming illegible works out pretty well for them because this is how I suspect things go for most people:
- Lightning plug on the case suddenly and for no discernible reason begins to fail to charge phone
- Consumer begins removing phone from case daily to charge phone
- Daily removal causes serial number to rub off and become illegible
- Daily removal causes the battery case’s on-board lightning plug to fail to charge the phone at all (phone could still have been charged wirelessly). Battery portion of battery case is now useless
- Consumer remembers warranty and, upon filling out *super professional* Google form, realizes their serial number is now illegible
- Another consumer bamboozled by Alpatronix - an awful, awful company

In conclusion, and to reiterate: Alpatronix is a terrible company that sells *at least* one atrocious product and goes to great lengths to avoid honoring what their Amazon page laughably calls “a 12-month worry-free warranty and friendly, easy-to-reach support.”

Update, 7/5/24: On 5/31/24 I emailed Alpatronix at the email they provided below in their response to my initial review above. As of 7/5/24, I’ve received no reply, not even an autogenerated response. Clearly they have a policy of giving the appearance of customer service by replying to complaints on review sites so that folks browsing the reviews assume that maybe those issues have been resolved offline. But, as in my specific case, I’m guessing that they never actually ameliorate any of the likely hundreds or thousands of complaints they receive beyond the purely performative “Please get in touch so we can address this issue” nonsense. This company was and remains an absolute scam with laughably and absurdly self-serving customer service processes.

STAY AWAY !!! I bought a Alpatronix BBX1 battery case on May 14, 2023. it quit working ! So check this out their warranty department suggested if i buy their case i should buy a back up case cause they want me to pay to mail it to them so they can POSSIBLY rebuild it ! Lol They ran me around for five days to come up with that Great Idea ! I told five other people about this product and one case only lasted 30 days but thank God he had Amazon backing him ! Stay Away !!!

Product defective after only 4 mos. Cumbersome and lengthy warranty process. I will not buy from this company. I relied on this product during my current trip abroad. Purchased through amazon--fortunately, amazon customer service stands by its customers,

First let me start by saying this company is a new company so they pride themselves on the quality of their items that they sell. They have a excellent warranty, one of the best I’ve found. The phone chargers that they sell/manufacture are some of the best. The quality is beyond excellent. (Side note ) I changed three different iPhones with my BX13PM battery case with one charge…. And still had 25% battery life left over….
When a battery charger can do this you know it’s one of the best on the market.

Also the costumer service department is awesome!!! When you contact them they really try to help you with whatever problem you’re having. I call it old school service,,, because when you call them there’s actually a real person answering the phone, not some computer.
