Amazing service from start to finish, Paul has a great knowledge of the local area and knows what he is talking about. So efficient with everything and very helpful, great communication throughout the process with weekly updates from Becky, lovely friendly staff who I would highly recommend to anyone :)

As a buyer of a house sold by Alpha-Move I didn’t expect to have many interactions with Becky as I did. I can honestly say she was professional and approachable though-out the whole process. She was there whenever I needed her and went above and beyond to help with any queries. If I ever need to sell a house I wouldn’t think twice about asking Becky as I know it would be in the best of hands.

Paul came out and gave us an honest valuation and with good knowledge of the local market we were assured of a quick sale . House sold within 8 days and we were guided as to what constituted a realistic offer! Far more than we had hoped for.
Difficult to know how much Covid affected but we felt communication was sometimes lacking .E.g as someone shielding a request for viewers to wear masks wasn’t conveyed . Never having sold before we were unsure of where the responsibility lay for various information( estate agent or solicitor )
Also we felt that all staff should have aware of the new regs regarding the requirement for the property to have an Electrical Safety Standard Certificate.
We were knew the date completion was to take place but had to chase it up to find out what the procedure . We did get email updates but they were often as the result of a phone enquiry.
Pleasant friendly staff . All things considered I would recommend Alpha Move and in fact have done so to a relative doing a similar thing in selling their parents home .
