This was a review I should’ve left a few months ago,
In December I got into a non fault accident, I was certain it was a non fault but was advised by others that it can go down as a 50/50. Worried I reached out to Saaiqa at Alpha Claims, who managed my whole case. I was provided with a like for like car for the time in which the case was going on. Honestly I could go on and on about how good my service was and how professional alpha is but I don’t wanna be hear writing for hours.

To conclude they’re just the best in the game and would definitely recommend them, and once more thank you to Saaiqa for the way she handled my case.

Fantastic accident claims company was my second accident but first time using alpha accident management.

I have been with them about a month ago and its the worse accident management company i ever seen.
They gave me a hire car only for 2 weeks and took it back because they have put my car as roadworthy when they didn’t even come to inspect my vehicle.
I had damage at the door/panel/seatbelt and the wheel was bent, you can’t drive like this but they took the hire car back anyway leaving me with my car damaged and no vehicle for Christmas.
I was keep asking them for when I will receive my money for the car and no answer, they told me to just drive my damaged car like this and wait, what kind of company does this to their clients?
I wanted to withdraw my claim and go through my own insurance or someone else and they told me I had to pay £180 for the engineering report when it was completely wrong, even the location of my car in that report was wrong, very professional.
They gave a lot of problems, I had to rent a car for Christmas to drive around because of their mistakes. Think twice before calling them, worse accident management company ever, they don’t work in your best interests but against you.
