The online process was simple and clear. I then had several options of policies to select from and the main features of each policy option were very clearly displayed to make it easy for me to make a decision on which one to select.

Website is easy to understand and negotiate. Sections are clear and it’s good that a number of price options are available. I have bought a number of policies now over the years .

Three months ago I bought an annual insurance cover from Alpha. That was easy. Since then I have received an email from them advising me to update my medical information if I have new diagnosis. Today I attempted to do this online, and by several phone calls, but it was simply impossible. I also wanted to extend my cover to Canada as I will soon be going there (unexpectedly, for a funeral) and this was also not possible. After an hour I gave up, and bought a separate insurance for the 4 days I will be away - from another insurer. I dread to think how difficult it may be to make a claim!

I've been with Alpha travel for a few years now .Always renew because I find them very easy to talk to if I have any queries. Everything is quite straightforward and their prices are very reasonable.

I Had no Insurance because although I had payed the premium subsequent questions asked by e-mail meant that I needed to pay an additional premium. Alpha left this so late I was in danger of missing my flight. Although I agreed to do this Alpha were incapable of taking the additional sum (Only £2 over the phone) and informed me after I was on my trip that I had no Medical insurance.

It was very easy to complete the application form online. The price was good.
Of course, the proof of the pudding etc. We only know how good a company is if there is a claim on foot of the policy. I hope I never need to find out...

The website was hard to negotiate. I had a 20% discount to use but could not get to a point wheed I could use it so gave up.

Easy to navigate website. Reasonable price and nice customer loyalty discount.

Used Alpha for years. Have not looked at any other insurance providers as I am very satisfied. The website is easy to navigate. Highly recommend!
