This is a straight up scam! When I returned the product they tried to say it did not arrive on time and said they could not return my money. They had no problem lying even though my tracking number proved they had received the package a week before. Also my endocrinologist said this product has nothing in it to support their claims. Was barely enough in it to even be considered a probiotic. Do not be taken by these people with no conscious. Make sure you keep your tracking receipt when you return it. They will lie that they received it late. So many promises layered with so many lies!!

No stars would have been a better option. STAY AWAY from this rip off company. I returned two full bottles as they gave me horrendous headaches and I gained weight. Apparently they didn’t receive them till yesterday. I sent them four weeks ago so I don’t qualify for a refund and it cost me £12 postage…even more money wasted. Please do not purchase anything from Alpilean as they are obviously operating on a let’s see who we can scam basis. Absolutely awful customer service!!

Yes SCAM. Totally agree with everything stated below. A total scam. Tried to get 60 day refund but as someone said its from date of order not date of receiving your order.

Thanks for the reviews. Even though I could tell, as a professional actor myself since age 7, that these "real people " were actors (good ones, not cheap, but real people aren't that comfortable on camera, not that smooth with their delivery and that spot on with their facial expressions abd hitting just the right words with more emphasis in a natural way, with the facial expressions to go with it. Social media has made people more comfortable with cameras, but still, this is a pers8and embarrassing issue, and watch real videos and you'll see the difference, even from people who post videos of themselves a LOT. I still really wanted to try it, because they are right about ginger, turmeric, cumin, and several other herbs and spices (red pepper, cinnamon, etc.) being adatogens (helping your body adjust to stressors) and helping you lose weight and have better heart and brain function, but in a pill? You don't even know where it was sourced from, and it's unlikely to be enough to help you. Plus one capsule a day, at an expensive "discount' price. I still wanted to try it because for the first time in my life I've mysteriously gained not just weight but fat rolls that are really ugly, uncomfortable, and make me hot and made it hard TO exercise, because I have chronic health conditions (contributing to the weight gain, no doubt, as is my age - every wo.an on my mother's side gained a lot of weight around 50, and I'm 54, with thyroid problems as well, and I'm desperate to get back to myself; I have NO other that fit any more and even my underwear cuts into my skin, and the fat roles wear at my skin too, so I'm getting scars from the constant abrasions of my clothes and cleaning the dead skin from beneath the fat rolls several times a day. I've also developed pouches of fat and am worrying about varicose veins from carrying the extra weight, plus after 5 back surgeries and neck problems from a car crash in my teens, I'm having more pain carrying the extra weight. But we live on a restricted income, and I've seen these "miracle" pills using "science" for decades and they never work. Some supplements did help me in the past,ike carnitine, but ALONG WITH DOET AND LOTS OF EXERCISE. If it sounds to hood to be true (especially when you're desperate) it almost akways is, and I know that, abd I STILL was tempted, especially with the money acknowledgement guarantee. But only one person got his money back; everyone else had the terrible experience of not pnly having the pills not work after they spent money they could ill afford, because, like me, they're desperate and haven't found a solution, and then couldn't even get their money back (it's sleazy to start the guarantee from date of order, before product is even shipped! Thanks Trustpilot for shaking me back to my senses! (And thanks to those who wrote reviews). You're lifesavers (not to mention the arguments this would have caused with my husband!)

I am so glad I didn’t purchase, listened to the long drawn out video and he lies at the very beginning calling it an ice hack you can do at home while showing a glass of ice. Very misleading, that within itself made me skeptical!

These guys are scammers of the first degree.

I fully agree with all the comments below, so will not repeat.

Instead, I’d suggest -as a matter of principle- that we ( those who have been deliberately fooled and denied a refund) come together and TAKE LEGAL ACTION TO BRING DOWN THESE SCAMMERS.

There have to be many lawyers in the US who deal with Group Litigation - who/where is ours ?

Deliberately misleading consumers ( in terms of the product itself, its marketing and their refund policy) should be punished by law….

For people thinking of buying: AVOID !!!

This product and reviews are all fake a con to get your money there iron clad refund is all lies it starts from order date it takes two weeks for delivery then you have to have your bottles retuned and know if the product works within the 60 days or no refund it’s an impossible task I have been arguing with these people for over a week for a refund that I asked within my 60 days to no avail PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A PRODUCT THAT DOESN’T WORK DON’T FALL FOR THEIR LIES DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARED MONEY ITS ALL A SCAM I HAVE CHECKED ON FDA GOV WEBITE ITS NOT THERE ITS NOT FDA APPROVED AT ALL 😤

I am certain that unlike other companies Alpilean will not respond to this review. The product does not work. The product is vastly overpriced. The sales process should have warned me. The free offer i refused as i saw the automatic acceptance of future charged for products. I have now learned that like products of facebook, the products on YouTube are just as bad. Moral of the story dont buy from social media platforms.

I gave Alpilean two stars because the product didn't work. I took it for more than 60 days and didn't see any weight loss. But I am pleased with their customer service. I emailed back and forth with "Clara" and she was very professional. Even though she told me I probably wouldn't be able to recover the whole amount I paid originally, I DID get a refund for the entire amount I spent (minus my shipping fees for returning the product). I was pleased with that aspect.

Apilean.com is a massive con. Ignore all the promises and hype of a wonderful product that will make you lose weight. Guess what? itdoesn't work and their 60 day money back guarantee is not true either. Save yourself the heart ache

of course I ran across this ad on social media.. it looked good.. watched the video and felt like I should try it... Usually I research every thing I buy off the net, but this time I did not and within a few days of taking this stuff I just started to feel lousy. The only truth they offered was to NOT give it to kids.. I am 80... a teacher and coach for 40 years... I still can not understand why I fell for this scam.. they are good at lying to you... similar to Lucifer.... it looks good.. it won't hurt to try... "take that bite".. Maybe now I am a bit smarter but 70$ poorer.

I only gave one star because it was the lowest rating possible...I would have preferred to give ZERO!! Please do NOT believe their 60 day money back guarantee because it is a lie. Their 60 days starts from your order date, not from the time the product is received and started. Of course this information is hidden in the fine print. How can I expect results before the product even arrives and is started. STAY AWAY..THIS IS A SCAM SO MAYBE THEIR PRODUCT IS TOO.

FAKE. They use blogs and 'dodgy' healthy websites to post reviews that include the "clickbait terms" like 'fake', 'independent', expose, 'real'

they have hit that space super hard and I could not find even 1 'real' review, until I came to trustpilot.

I wish Trustpilot would teach us how as citizens what we can do in this ugly situation.
