Account was closed "because you are using VPN to access it". Of course I'm using VPN because of remote/hybrid job. I wonder if they hear how world has changed last years.
Site is not very convenient and has some glitches, but it's not so big problem.
Support is fine btw, but security team is a cerber

Antwort von ALTINSOFT LLC
First of all, we would like to express our apologies for your negative experience. As ALTINSOFT team, we work hard for a clean and safe internet. Protecting our network and our customers is our ultimate goal. I examined your account, first you tried to pay with a credit card that does not belong to you in your account and the transaction was marked as suspicious by the bank. (Highly likely to be a stolen credit card), and your account is marked as high risk because you place your orders over VPN. Finally, our team offered to start the authentication process for you, but your account has been suspended because this has not been completed. Please contact us to complete the authentication process and reactivate your account. In addition, you will be given 1 month free additional time on your first order. I hope you will understand us and let us know so that we can resolve the process. Thank you for your co-operation.
Perfect and excellent service

So funktioniert Trustpilot
