Total con. You pay for clothing that when it arrives is not like the picture and is of very cheap quality. The only way to arrange a return and refund is their contact form or email. The email bounces back and the contact form they never respond to. Seriously don't buy from them you'll just end up out of pocket, frustrated and with a cheap looking (but not cheap price) piece of clothing.

do not buy from this company. when I tried to return a pair of shoes, their email address and phone number are not recognised - there is no way to return a faulty item. they just have a website with no real company behind it.

Item came from China but didn’t arrive in time. I have sent numerous emails over last 2 weeks to return but no response. Emails are now bouncing back. SCAM, do not order anything from this company.

I do not usually write reviews but this time I have to. I have experienced a very bad approach. The company is a scam and they do not deliver what you order. Do not buy anything. It is just waste of money. The items are of a very bad quality and they do not look like nothing the way they are presented. A big disappointment and frustration. They are not even bothered to reply to an email, once you request a refund or an exchange. They should be ashamed of themselves. They are ripping people of money. Be extra careful!

Would give zero stars if I could. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews of this company before I bought a jacket from them. Item arrived, not as described as small and poor quality. Have emailed to return several times but no response.

This company provides very poor quality goods and, despite its website promise, does not seem to provide refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CRIMINAL COMPANY. My order was 14653 for three jackets (that were smaller than advertised). I received the jackets, but there was no response for my refund request.

Do NOT use! Scam co based in China - despite saying they are Netherlands based. Do not answer emails and the 'phone number is non existent!

Items arrive nothing like how they're advertised-they are massive and ill fitting. Also they come from China so it takes around 4 weeks to arrive.

And they ignore you when you wish to return anything.. currently contacting my credit card provider to get my money back

Ordered 2 dresses in different sizes.
2 completely different dresses arrived. Sent email for a return with no response. Sent 2nd email a week later still no response

Placed an order, they took my payment, sent something that does not resemble anything like what I ordered and now not responding to my emails to get a refunds. DO NOT USE

I wasn't aware items coming from China. Absolutely horrible quality and material. Nothing like on the picture on the website.
