I had excellent service from always personal and would highly recommend them. After contacting them with a conundrum (trying to get a Christmas stocking for a new addition to the family to match with ones previously bought and embroidered) the wonderful Rob at Always Personal stepped in and with his help we now have a perfect match! Thrilled with the service, quality, and speed! Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again and would happily recommend them.

Clearly five stars. Where to start?
The standard of the items provided was excellent, including the print quality of the images I had supplied - clarity, definition and colour rendering matched the screen versions.
Service would be hard to beat: response to initial enquiry, prompt production and despatch, and most of all when a glitch happened with the courier. (The firm was extremely helpful and, although DHL missed two delivery slots they had set themselves, Always Personal bent over backwards to ensure delivery was completed as soon as possible.) The acid test for any firm is how it responds when a problem arises and this one passed with flying colours.

I recently ordered the personalised dog bowl stand which I had an issue with and so messaged Always Personal asking if it was possible to resend or if not, refund me. Within a few hours they responded that a new one was already on the way. Fantastic customer service would definitely use again and recommend

The personalised stool is for a 1st Birthday present. It is well made, the wood is smooth, the design is lovely and the writing is beautiful. It is great value for money and arrived very quickly. I ordered it on 24 June and it arrived on 27 June. I would recommend this company and this stool.

My father has dementia and has yet to meet his first great-granddaughter. I made sure I got some decent photos and spent an age tracking down a print and delivery service, finally settling on this one. Important to me was the text on the photos to remind him. Within a day of submission, I was contacted by 'Rob' to say that the text didn't work well with the border on a bamboo frame on one side. I sent him a new version and suggested the text be written on the base of the image. With little delay this was done and at no extra charge though the price was good in the first place. I can imagine many another service would have thought 'Customer's fault', (not entirely without good reason), and just printed it up as-was. A highly professional, reasonably priced and considerate service. I don't often write reviews, but this is all I can do to pay Always Personal back for sterling service. Thank you and, in particular, thank you Rob.

We brought a photo key ring but it broke soon after. We talked to the customer service and they were brilliant! They sent a replacement next day, such good service and others can learn from them. Gives me the confidence to buy from them again. Good people.

I ordered a personalised dog bowl which came very fast, very well crafted and with the bowls too - very happy with the purchase and my dog also approves.

We recently lost our 18+ year old Labrador. She was our best friend and it absolutely broke us to see her go. I ordered a memory box from always personal to put all of her bits in and her ashes and when it come we all broke down crying. The box is absolutely incredible, it's what u expected and more. I wish there was someone I could thank personally. 5* from us all and would give 100 more if possible x

Ordered own-design round placemats in both sizes; larger ones available as cork backed at no extra cost and well worth it. Overall an excellent quality product with good turn round time and professional service. The hardest part of the whole process for me was finding suitable images for the round format. Would use again and do recommend.

Our family Cat we had for 10 years passed away so I purchased a few keyrings in a shape of a love heart with a different picture of him on each side. I ordered on a Monday night and they arrived the Wednesday morning. So pleased with how quickly they came and also how lovely they are. I will definitely purchase from this site again
