⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another Exceptional Experience – Highly Recommended

This is our second time booking our Umrah journey with Al Zowar Travel. We travelled with them last year and had such an exceptional experience that we had no hesitation in choosing them again this year.

This time, we mainly liaised with Mustafa, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. We did experience some issues regarding our visas, which became incredibly stressful as our travel date got closer. With only a short time left before departure, we genuinely began to worry that we may not be able to travel at all.

Throughout this, Mustafa continued to reassure us that he would do everything possible to ensure we received our visas in time. Although it came right down to the wire, he fulfilled his word and managed to secure our visas approximately 24 hours before we were due to travel. Alhamdulillah, the relief we felt when they finally came through was immense!

There was an additional charge for the visas which we had to contribute towards, and the last-minute timing was certainly stressful, but ultimately Mustafa delivered on what he had promised and ensured our journey could go ahead as planned. We are extremely grateful for his efforts and perseverance.

Once again, our actual travel arrangements and hotels were exceptional. We chose to stay in the exact same hotels as last year because our previous experience had been so good, and this year they were just as phenomenal. Everything regarding our accommodation and arrangements was of an excellent standard, Alhamdulillah.

Overall, despite the stressful visa situation beforehand, we had another wonderful and memorable journey. A huge thank you to Mustafa and the team at Al Zowar Travel for helping make our trip possible and for providing us with another fantastic experience.

We booked with them for a second year because of the service we received the first time, and after another amazing trip, we would happily recommend them to anyone considering booking their Umrah journey.

JazakAllah Khair to Mustafa and the entire team. May Allah reward you for helping facilitate such a special journey for our family.

Thank you

Hamza was amazing, everything went smoothly and as a family we had an amazing Umrah experience.
I would recommend you speak to Hamza if booking.

Where can I start? We wanted to go on a tight-budget holiday with our large family (family of 17), Alhamdulillah, and Brother Ehsaan found us a package that was well within our budget. Considering we travelled during peak holiday season in August, I genuinely don't think the deal could have been beaten.

He booked us direct flights from London Heathrow to Istanbul, a hotel in the Sultanahmet area, and airport transfers to and from the hotel. I have to say, the entire experience was amazing. There were no hiccups, no unexpected issues, and everything went so smoothly from start to finish.

The price per person was excellent, especially for what was included. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you, Brother Ehsaan, for making our family holiday so easy and stress-free!

Very helpful customer service agent Mustafa worked hard to offer the best package deals with patience and kindness. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service provided by br Adam to get me a fair quote

Assalamualikum, jazakAllah khair to AL ZOWAR TRAVEL,I was planning to go Umrah and had no clue where to start,ISHMAL gave me amazing advices and amazing deals, and he answered all my questions with so much patience, highly recommended to everyone, once again thanks ISHMAL

I found this company while doing research it had good reviews. While umrah was sorted for April 26 there was a payment plan also sorted this was on July 25, last payment was due January 26. October 25 I was told I had to pay everything in full. Also in February 26 if I'm not mistaken I was told I need to pay an extra 350 pounds as there where no flights coming out from Gatwick and my flights had to be changed to Heathrow which was really disappointing. Having said that umrah did go well lhamdulilah and the trip went well too

Booked our family Umrah trip through AlZowar Travel for the 2nd year in a row , Alhamdolillah . Dealt with Hamza from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward , although we only had Jumma prayer in Makkah , but not in Madina. Our Hotels in both Holy Cities were 5 star and very near to both Masjids! Overall , great service from Hamza and the Team at AlZowar . Highly recommend AlZowar for your choice of Umrah provider !Ja
