I was initially hesitant to put my money and trust into this project. I had already published my book, but it needed a lot of work on the overall appearance, so I sent my file to them to re-work the illustrations. This was obviously a big gamble with all the potential problems that could have arisen - not only did they have my money at that point, but also my book. However, they contacted me more than once from U.S. phone numbers local to the area where they work. They sent countless emails to share progress and answer all my questions. They eased my concerns and never gave up on me or my project. They respected my budget without any pressure whatsoever to spend more. For the money I did spend, I feel I got a great deal - an Amazing deal even! Eric, Sarah, and Peter all had a hand in making this book be the best it can be. It is now re-published and selling copies. I have another book that I want to collaborate with them on as soon as my budget allows. I will definitely use them again and recommend them based on my experience.

Eric and Sarah have both been very accommodating with my skill level. They have showed patience and understanding when addressing my many questions. I'm still working with them on other future publications.

My initial contact was with Mark several months ago; he was helpful and after our initial conversations, he referred me to Peter. Peter was wonderful and I felt I could trust him to answer my questions and concerns truthfully. He was very good to work with to publish my books. Sarah took over for Peter when he transferred to a different place within the company. Sarah was very attentive and helpful as well. When I had concerns or wanted to edit things, she made sure those things were taken care of until I was happy. I have done 5 books with Amazing Publishing over the past several months; depending on how the sales go, I will submit more of my manuscripts for them to publish. I have written one book about the loss of our family pet called "Ginger and Her Boy Named Trent" as well as a 4 part children's book series called "The Adventures of Princess Bethany". The final book in the series is now being published. There are more adventures yet to come if the first books sell enough to show interest for more of them. It has been so fun watching my stories come to life! I spoke briefly to Eric on a couple of occasions but he was way too 'high pressure' and constantly tried to get me to spend more money. Peter and Sarah informed me of other options available to me at times, but they never pressured me. I could say no and they accepted my decision. I don't respond well to a person who doesn't listen to me, so I told Sarah I would not work with or talk to Eric again. Other than that experience, I have no complaints with anything. Because of that I give a 4 star rating instead of 5. Amazing Publishing has been a blessing to me. I LOVE the finished books and illustrations. The guidance they gave me all the way through this process was so very detailed and helpful. I have recommended Amazing Publishing to friends and one of my friends has already published with them so far; others are strongly considering when to do so too.
I highly recommend Amazing Publishing for those who are exploring the self publishing route for their books.

Peter and his crew are doing an excellent job so far! His illustrators were able to make my concepts a real reality! They were very good at editing my book as well! So far in the process, they have gotten my digital book on Amazon and my paperback on Amazon.
